Introduction
The purpose of the paper is to discuss regarding the professional insight along with the use of the
advanced technology in the process of recruitment. To adequately discuss the paper, the career
selected is the accounting job. The paper effectively discusses the role as well as the organisation
for performing the accounting job within the market. Furthermore, the paper discusses the
response to the mock interview along with the reflection on the personal activity of the
individuals to deal as the accountant within the market.
Section 1 – Employment now and into the future
a. Role of Artificial Intelligence
The artificial intelligence is the technology that emphasizes the creation of the intelligent
machines which work as well as react like humans (Goretzki, and Strauss, 2017). Artificial
Intelligence for the recruitment process is considered to be the application where the computer
can perform the recruitment function within the workplace (Upadhyay, and Khandelwal, 2018).
This technology is effectively designed to streamline the workflow in the recruitment part. In the
case of an accounting job, the use of artificial intelligence for recruitment is highly effective as
this help the recruiter to auto-screen the resume (Vedapradha, Hariharan, and Shivakami, 2019).
This system effectively helps to save time for the recruiters and also its support for improving the
quality of hiring the candidates for the organisation. The use of AI within the recruitment process
effectively help the recruiter to provide better integration of the analytics to recruit the best
candidate (Munro, 2018). The usual recruitment process eventually implies a certain share of
conscious bias, but with the AI in the recruitment process, the decision is unbiased for the
candidates (Benson, 2016).
One of the simplest but the most valuable application of the artificial intelligence is the ability to
post all the improved targeted advertisements which will be effectively seen by the right
candidates that also at the right moment (Small, Smidt, and Joseph, 2017). This system works by
using the history of the online activity of the candidates. The AI-based software has the ability to
analyse the browsing history of the candidates as well as use them for making the effective
decision (Nawaz, 2019). The use of chatbots can effectively add more information within the
resume as well as perform conversation with the candidates. The advanced chatbots like the Mya

are utilised to converse with the candidates and even to analyse the response of the candidates
that also by using the Natural Language Processing that help to provide the view regarding the
certain skills of the candidates (Ségaliny et al., 2015).

The key responsibilities of the financial accountant in an accounting job are as follows;
Processing the supplier payments
Data entry
Undertaking the CRM activities
Debt collection
Issuing the purchase order number
Electronic filing of the database
I can effectively be the financial accountant as I have the ability to perform all the
responsibilities that are required within the job advertisement of a financial accountant. The
accounting job needs to have a clear understanding regarding the data analysis and the
calculation of various payments and purchase of materials (Small, Smidt, and Joseph, 2016).
Working as the account officer within the organisation, it is also essential for the candidates to
