This report aims to discuss the topic Professional IT culture from a case study. The organisation in consideration from the case study is NewAge Pty Ltd. The company specialises in the development of operating system for the computer manufacturer XYZ Pty Ltd. The stakeholders in the case study along with the process by which the stakeholders failed or applied the ethical approaches are provided in this report. The ethical dilemma that is faced by the stakeholders in the case study is provided in this report. The ACS code of Professional Conduct is examined and the requirements are identified.
