INTRODUCTION
Ethics is defined as the moral and value which is associated with various form. In this, ethics
regard standard of the moral judgement and the professional conduct. In this, the nurses are
highly accountable to the patient, the public, employers and the total healthcare professionals. It
is imperative they have making understanding of the various ethical, moral, legal and the
professional issue which is based with professional during their careers. As per this, there are
three main central approach which is applicable for nurses. From all, the main duty is creating
autonomy, respect confidentially and provide the duty of care for all patient who is taking
admission in the healthcare clinics and the hospital. However, these duties are supplemented by
the core of principle which is based on some aspect include beneficence, meaning promoting or
doing good and acting in the patient with their best interest and non-maleficence which have
basic meaning and context to avoid the harm. Moreover, these are the professional duties which
is followed as a legal duty if any type of legislation or the policies is breaches during the
conducting of professional practice. In the contrast with the video

based on the failure of principle which is based on providing evidence and care. As per this, the
major areas of concern which is elucidated from the video

unresponsive care is being provided to Elaine dad. Elaine dad require proper support and care for
the health issue that based on person centred care that is deliver by the nurses. They generally
ask the health and there is no any specific discussion which is based on care plan and require
health process and operation (Attenborough et. al., 2019).
There is various study which is held on the 2001 which show some evidence which help to
advice the on ethical dilemma within the health profession. In this, the enhancement of legal
cases and public inquiries is mentioned. As per this, there are various group and authorities who
is undertaking eyes on the regulation and rules. Moreover, the clinical ethics committees and the
research ethics committees were mainly established within the aspect of UK which used to
provide ethics support. With the contrast of patient, they have set of cases which indicate that the
person centred care and patient invocation provide support but when they are followed in ethical
manner.
