Introduction
Professional nursing issues refers to problematic aspects occurs in care
units for nursing staff that impact on their performance. The present
report will focus on professionals issues faced by nursing staff that
impact on clinical practices. It will includes several potential
strategies and their significance along with implications of the same.

As a graduate RN:
1. An RN you work with shares with you that a peer graduate RN has
posted on Instagram comments relating to a difficult patient being

Nursing is an essential aspect of
comprehensive healthcare. However, as a
registered nurse, it is wrong to post
information on social media about specific
patient to whom they are currently dealing
with.nurses has facing multiple issues like
theory to practice gap, time management,
decision making, shift work, Lack of
access to experienced mentors etc.

Critical evaluation

Hofler, 2019, In the rapid changing
healthcare environment, there is a thing
which is remain unchanged is the need
and demand of nurses. However, ethical
issues become major when
confidentiality of patient data did not
maintained because a minor health
problem may create a major social issues
for an individual.

Potential strategies to overcome the issues
faced by nurses
To overcome the problem of time mismanagement, nurses can prepare a time
schedule according to their work priority. The ethical issues can be solved
by making strict policies in hospitals to strictly obey ethical principles for
maintaining confidentiality of patient. To overcome the problem of
ineffective decision-making, nurses working at clinics can read books and
magazines which are linked with care and safety of patients. To overcome
the issue of lack of trainng & gudance, nurses at clinics can observe senior
doctors while they treat patients and ask queries if they find any confusion.

Significance of strategies
Initially, the strategy of making time schedule with proper planning is much
effective as well as efficient in terms of solving the issues. Secondly, the
strategy of gathering extra knowledge by reading books is helpful for
nursing staff to become capable for making correct decision. The strategy of
making ethical policies is significant to motivate nursing staff for maintain
privacy of patient. Thirdly, the strategy of observing senior practitioners
thoroughly is helpful to overcome with the issue of lack of training and
guidance.

Findings and implications
Considering the above data, it has been
analysed that there are number of issues
which were faced by nursing staff while
performing at work place. It includes
different problem like mismanagement
of time, lack of training & guidance,
ineffective decision making and ethical
issues which can be solved by making
effective strategies to overcome with
them.

Conclusion
From the above essay, it had been concluded that professional nursing
issues can be described as problematic conditions occurs in care
units for nursing staff. It includes various kinds of problems like
improper decision making, incorrect time management and lack of
knowledge and many more.
