INTRODUCTION
This research will focus on developing educational philosophy. The project will
formulate plan for professional learning and assist in designing job advertisement for teaching
position.
PART-1 EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY
Teaching philosophy refers to statement of individual belief about teaching and
learning (Luke Mastin, 2008). The aim of developing educational doctrine is to think over and
to take initiative to improve teacher and student interaction and overall effectiveness. Other
purpose of this tool is to provide questions to various answers, such as role of teachers, purpose
of schooling, what teaching method should be adopted etc. (Beth Lewis, 2016)
Personal statement
Maslow's needs theory states that people’s maximum needs are fulfilled by their choice
regarding career. Research in education has indicated that need theory is related to the
development of professional identity (Beth Lewis Educational Philosophy, 2016).
I believe that educational study can help individual in their personal growth as well as
help in development of society. I think that individual person efforts can bring big change in
society by becoming a good example of learning about moral behaviour. Developing philosophy,
I had evaluated four areas that contributes to classroom success.
Creating environment of learning-As a teacher I am responsible for creating such
environment which contains values and generate learning for both teacher and student. I
conceive that the greatest learning occurs when students take the responsibilities for deciding the
things they have learned, material possession that they have discovered from that learning
(Jardine. 2017)
Creating a positive classroom climate with child- centered approaches. The teachers
commented that the parents respond to the classroom and school activities because they are more
concerned about their children’s future.(Adoniou.and Gallagher. 2017)
As a teacher I had built safe, professional and collaborative environment. This
environment enables student to express their view, ideas and raise questions freely. I shall
include various examples and models in studies to facilitate better understanding among

students. I shall create realistic classroom climate, that will help in providing various
information and tools to students to assist them to overcome barriers that have occurred in
learning process.
Enhancing flexibility-As a teacher I have to play various role such as teacher, mentor,
coach etc. As a facilitator, it is essential to bring flexibility in my teaching, the flexibility of
learning can include use of various tools such as technology, course management etc.
Competences- In order to make them learn in easy way I will first analyse the behaviour
of individual and group. In order to improve my teaching and to enhance my competency as a
facilitator I have to take regular feedback from my colleagues, students seniors etc. (Forde. and
Murray, 2017).
Teaching strategies
Being a teacher, I have implemented various plans involve parents in their children
schooling. There are 5 strategies that have been used by me for increasing the contribution of
parents in their children education practising outreach to parents, building teacher parent’s
relationship, creating learning environment, developing community and school relationship.
1. Performing the task to outreach parents-I used to invite parents to visit the classroom
and to meet me in order to understand each other expectation as a teacher and as well as
parents, developing understanding may leads to benefit to children. The environment should
be safe, caring and should contain values which generates leaning for both teacher and
student. (Luke Mastin, 2017)
2. Child centred approach-As a teacher it's my responsibility to create child centred
environment should be safe caring and friendly. The environment should be as such where
the student can easily share their problem, can interact freely and raise its questions related to
various learning.
3. Developing community and school relationship-I believe in building this relationship as
it enables me to share various views and issues with children and to enhance their knowledge
in aspects of society (Darling-Hammond, 2017)
Strategies used in assessment of data
I have conducted this study to provide information related to the activities of teachers
that influence the involvement of parents in their children studies. I have taken support of

qualitative method for collection of data because of its holistic view regarding the way in which
the teachers are participating in increasing the parental involvement.
Qualitative data provides such information that helps in understanding the changing and
complex nature of teachers and their efforts to increase participation of parents in their children
schooling. (Hogan, 2017)
Various kind of interview methods such as open end and semi structured interview were
conducted. Observations technique and categorical analysis have been conducted to collect data.
Coding schemes is used to judge interrelationship and differences between two
participants involved in data. These studies have been conducted by considering various factors
such as teaching activities for parent’s involvement, plans used for developing parent’s and
teacher relationship, activities used for parent involvement etc. Contextual analysis is being
performed to effectively analyse the parental involvement during observation period.(Darling-
Hammond, 2017)
PART 2

For improving teaching style and professional abilities, different methods can be used
such as; preparing practical report, reflective journal, checking teachers' teaching etc. However,
it is able to increase understanding towards self-evaluation in learning, their skill to handle
pressure and so on. It influences students' learning abilities and understanding with teachers'
teaching. Therefore, development of an individual students remains dependent on this factor.
Along with this, coordination among staff members get affected through this process and
effective environment of organisation can be created (Hitchcock, 2017). In this regard,
professional accountability and leadership facts of teachers are identified that impacts on
professionalism and right directions in future perspectives. Besides this, students' learning and
proper management of all tools can be analysed for enhancing professional standard as well self-
learning to develop a student both physically and mentally. In addition to this, reflective
practices and positive guidelines are analysed for strategies and management of all tools to
improve teaching and learning abilities at higher level. (Huang, Chen, and Lin, 2017).
Thus, it is recognised that several tools can be used for improving professionalism and
teaching style of teacher. It will be helpful to enhance compatibility with his/her subject as well

manage time. The increasing demands of teachers with good and effective communication skills
have raised. The professional working of teachers has increased the expectations from the
students. (Randi, 2017)
Case 2
In this case I will teach students to increase their capacity for their success and growth. I
will teach students to understand effectiveness of cultural changes. Furthermore, characteristics
of organisational learning will be expalined. There are some partners in the project for the
leadership of organisational learning and student outcome such as Flinders university of South
Australia, the University of Tasmania, the south Australian department of education and the
training and employment department in Tasmanian of education. These universities help the
teachers and the students to increase their capacity of learning. It also assists ineffective earning

emotions such as depression, anger, anxiety, tension, frustration, results from their work. The
most popular measure of teacher stress has been the use of self-report questionnaires. The single
