INTRODUCTIONIn order to live a healthy life it is necessary that proper food is taken so that the level ofnutrition in our body is maintained. Every food that is provided in the market offer some or theother nutrition (Richards, Campenni and Muse-Burke, 2010). It is necessary that those productwhich are claiming a particular level of nutrition in them should offer the same to the customers.In the given study it will be discovered that what is the level of quality of UK products whichoffers these claims in comparison to those which do not guarantee or claim any nutrition(CINAHL Databases, 2017). Different methodology will be utilised in order to collect therelevant data and than interpretation of same will be done using different tools. The datacollected will be than communicated supported with recommendation on the subject matterwhich will further assist user in understanding the topic in more detail. This report is based on TASK 1Background of projectIt is observed that different food products obtain nutrition claims against them this bringsatisfaction to the customer who is purchasing the same. It is due to the reason that when acompany claims that their products has particular ingredients than there are very rare chancesthat the claim is not true (Concepts of Mental and Social Well-bein. 2010). This is due to thereason that in that case case can be done against tat particular organisation. This research reportwill revolve around the topic how does the food products hat claim to be nutritious are actuallyserving the motive or the assertion are fake. Those product which do not offer claim against themare considered to be less effective as they contain less amount of energy and their healthinesslevel is also low. With the increase in food culture issues related to health related problems hasraised to a great level (Beddoe, 2010). Therefore, it is necessary that awareness is created amongthe society regarding nutritious food which will be possible if its benefits over non nutritiousfood will be highlighted.IntroductionFor the following study the article which is chosen to study is that 'How many food itemsin the UK carry health and nutrition claims, and are they healthier than those that do not?
