I have decided that in my coming years of my educational and professional life, I want to attain high authority position within a reputed organization. In order to attain the same, I need to improve my emotional intelligence skills. The emotional intelligence can be developed in an individual in the following ways: In order to enhance my emotional intelligence, firstly, it is essential for me to develop analytical skills within myself (AkbariLakeh, Naderi, and Arbabisarjou, 2018.). I need to keep a check on the way I respond to others. I need to determine if I pass critical comments or judge others on the basis of their opinions. On the basis of the analysis of my own actions and activities, I need to determine the areas where I need to improve and then take actions in order to improve the same. I will also need to analyse the consequences of my actions on the other people. I will need to determine if my actions have the ability to impact someone positively or not, or my actions are causing harm to others and hurting the sentiments of the other people.
