INTRODUCTION
Professional practice are termed as occupations and learning which need a prolonged
period of training and education. It refers to conduct as well as work of individual from a
specific profession (Ali, Paris, and Gunasekaran, 2019). This report demonstrates and
understanding the task in learning logs, strengths and many other skills that needs development
as well as the plan in order to improve this further for development. Further, it covers the
completed learning logs as well as up to date personal development plan on the basis of personal
reflection.
Learning on the module
My strengths
I am a good learner and adopt the things easily which helps me to complete my whole
learning session and gain good grades in examination By the end of this learning process and
learning logs. My strengths are my robust communication skills and my positive approach
towards issues I faces and I am good at interacting with people and have better adaptability
skills which helps me to learn more during whole sessions as well as I am good timekeeper,
polite, helpful, friendly and have better sense of honour. I am capable to making good
connections with my peers and can understand their point of views on certain topics. Emotional
intelligence refers to the ability to understand, know, use as well as manage personal emotions in
most effective manner in order to communicate effectively, relieve stress, overcome challenges,
empathise with others as well as defuse conflict. It is more important for me to gain emotional
intelligence in order to increase my strengths and use my current emotions in most effective
manner. I got 22 marks form 25 in my self awareness which is my strengths as well as it helps
me to become successfully at a workplace in future.
My areas for development
Before the sessions, my writing ability is not so good as I found difficulties to understand
the meaning of words, topics and question in order to answer them in right manner. I need to
develop my writing skills to make effective CV in order to make good impression on interviewer
and HR manager of any organisation. Also I did not express my view, thoughts confidentiality in
written form due to lack of good vocabulary. To enhance by writing ability I need to give more

manger in reputed organisation so that I need to develop my skills, understanding about many
topic in order achieve success and increase productivity. Also it helps me to reduce my work
load, stress and improve my productivity. I will develop these skills by working on these skills
during my learning process and practising it on daily basis.
CONCLUSION
As per above presented information, it has been concluded that professional practices
refers to the skills, behaviour of a person to conduct their work in an organisation in most
effective manner. For this people need to conduct their self reflection in order to determine their
strengths as well as area for development. By making PDP I can determine in how much time I
develop my skills and which resources I can use to develop skills. I have to develop many skills
such as time management, writing ability, self awareness and decision making in order to get
good grades in University as well as success in my professional career.

Weekly learning logs
WEEK 1
In this week, I develop my motivation as well as commitment to making learning
progress on the professional practices. I am willing to conduct my learning process in order to
achieve good grades during the whole learning process.
I measure my success through reflection and personal developing plan. By giving test
and evaluate my skills and knowledge about professionals skills after every week.
Many thing distract me during all 6 lectures such as TV, electronic gadgets, different
behaviour of people and many things which I did not learnt or experience before this enrolling in
professional learning (Alt, 2018).
As I tried to interact more with people in order to improve the environment of class
room to reduce conflicts and generate more understanding about many topics. I can also set time
to watch TV, and use gadgets in order to create discipline to complete my learning process
effectively.
I will use many my honest behaviours, adaptability skills, self awareness skills,
communication skills and many other to my study during the lecture of 6 week. Where I will
learn about many areas such as writing ability, emotional intelligence, CV, interview and many
more.
I will do this by using my adaptability skills, critical thinking, communication and good
learning skills to get better opportunity as manager (Becher, 2018).
To live each day with honesty, kindness, discipline, passion and commitment which
helps me to gain better knowledge and make better relations at workplace to become good

with clarity and most systematic manner. It also helps to complete my project without any
spelling and grammatical mistakes. It enable me to achieve goods grades and conduct my
practices at work place. With good writing skills I provide proper information and formulate
better emails, sales proposals and project reports.
In order to improve my writing ability I have to change my daily schedule, working
habits and working methods. As I have to reschedule my daily routine and add more task like
reading, researching and writing on different topics on daily basis to enhance knowledge,
vocabulary and speed.

know more about my behaviour such as quiet in nature, short tempered, loving, friendly and
honest. Traits like ambitious, hard working, disciplined, goal oriented etc (Gupta, 2018).
As per above result, I also need to work on behaviour in order in crease my emotional
intelligence such as I am short tempered person which leads to create many problems in my
relationship with my colleague, friends and other.
Reflective summary
In the session of week 4, I found another interesting area which is emotional intelligence.
As it is very essential for me to know more about my emotional intelligence in order to find out
my strength and weakness. Self awareness in my strengths as my behaviour is good, loving and
friendly but I have anger issues. I am short tempered person which I need to improve for
maintaining better relations with others. But I am not sure about my traits, feeling related to
career options and I am confused to chose people in order to make friends as well as lack
positive outlook from many options. I might learnt more if I give more attention in session,
listen carefully the teachers and others in order to improve my EI (Hargreaves. and O'Connor,
2018).

In this week, I learnt about how to make effective CV for getting better job opportunity.
By reflecting my personal skills, competencies and ability I can create a personal profile of mine
in order to make better CV.

career options and I am confused to chose people in order to make friends as well as lack

I order to make effective CV and make improvement in my current CV I received advise
of my teacher which is in CV I have to include many things such as my personal profile,

My technological skills are very sound thus I can use any kind of devices. My
weaknesses are I am unable to manage my time according to the tasks assigned to me as I spent
too much time in perfecting every projects leads to wasting my more time on one project.
My skills of technologies will be very adaptable for this role. This role of manager needs
to make use of many devices, thus I can effectively use them and can also help my peers in using
them. I have extensive knowledge of market which will help me to provide great insights of
market to your company (Sousa and Rocha, 2019).
If I have an angry customer, I will try to actively and patiently listen to problems they are
facing. I will strive to provide them with necessary solutions and provide them with offers or
rebates so that they will company satisfied.
The difficult decision I had to make in my job was to choose which market strategy firm
