Introduction
Reflection can be described as a practice whereby students describe their learning
outcomes, how its gets evolved in relation to develop future experiences in a
strategic manner (Mondragon, Saez and Berciano, 2021). It allows learners to look
back in their experiences and create new knowledge effectively. This project report
is based on reflective practice which are undertaken by students for assessing their
strengths and weaknesses through learning logs as well as personal development
plan in an effective manner. It also comprises of areas of development as well as
identifying steps for improve my learning.
Key insights into learning on the module
This module has helped me to develop as a successful student by enhancing my
varied skills. I gain understanding about how important is CV is for me to present
me as effective in front of employer. This will help me in enhancing my LinkedIn
profile. I get to know my interview and non-verbal skills. Interview skills are the
actions which allows an individual to be more efficient during the interview process
in regards with new position (Buckle and Et. Al., 2018).
I realised that STAR approach which help me to understand situation, task, action
and result. I gain insights that my habit of preparing notes aid me in learning as
well as develop knowledge about the subject. I also repeat my lessons which
enhance my long-term memory. During one of the lecture at this module, I have
realised that every students is different and poses different set of skills. I also get
assistance about personal development and how it enhances my strengths as well
as skills in an effective manner. This module has developed my communication
skills which will help me to develop my career in a strategic manner. I also joined
course for enhancing communication on LinkedIn.
I also got understanding about the values and its important in everyone's life for
gaining ethics as well as good morals in a strategic manner. Values are considered
