Have you been as effective as you could have been? What issues have you encountered?
If you could start again, what would you do differently?
In my opinion there are different types of the approaches which can be taken into the
process by me for completing the assignment. The one of the major aspect that will be used
by me for completing the particular assignment is to have the reliable understanding of the
goal of assignment. It is helpful in gaining information about its significance so that using
accurate & fair practice for meeting the subject matter can become possible. The approach
comprises steps such as carefully reading assignment, conducting necessary research for
having information, making notes for formulation of draft and compliance assessment by
comparing the actual results with expected. I have given emphasis on completing tasks with
following these steps and ensuring to make proofread so that prevailing mistakes can be
eliminated. This has given me to get accurate and precise completion of the assignment.
I think I have given my full efforts to accomplish the goal of completing task in ethical
pattern. For this purpose, prioritizing things has been done by me in turn meeting the
objective of completing can become possible. The one of the biggest challenge that is
encountered by me is comprises time management. It has not become able to divide time
properly for gathering, structuring the information which is required to be overcome. In
addition to this, the other issues include lack of patience which is one of the major aspects
of negotiation skill that has hampered by performance.
In case of the starting again, the major emphasis that I will focus on having reliable time
