INTRODUCTION
Term professional practice refers to work of an individual in his/her
specific occupation. In modern era, it has been located that every
single staff member of an organisation do requires training and
development sessions from time to time. Grooming events can help
an employee in better learning which may directly put positive
impact on their skills and knowledge and these can be delivered
through management so that future common goals can be attained in
desired time frame.

Importance of team dynamics
