Which aspect of today’s session did I find most interesting? Why? In the session I learnt about emotional intelligence. The most interesting thing what I found was “Self-awareness”. Since for a person it is essential to have good understanding of its own emotions so can drive its efforts in appropriate manner. Emotional self-awareness is an ability to perceive personal emotions and their impacts on owns performance. This has been quite interesting since reverted my insights to me. One thing I learnt One thing what I learnt is that how my emotional intelligence was having number of different components and how they were affecting my overall personality and performance. The session presented wide picture of emotional intelligence where components such as self- awareness, adaptability, positive outlook etc. were taken into consideration(Moroń and Biolik-Moroń, 2021) It has been quite essential learning from this session which revealed me different components of my emotional intelligence so I could take advantage and can inculcate best practises to me. I’m not sure about... I am still having some confusion in term of my emotional self-control. I have been quite good at emotional self-awareness but in sort of disruptive time or time of stress I did not show good ability in some hostile conditions. It is a matter I am not sure even a bit. There is need to have strong emotional self-control so in adverse time ones can control itself and can drive effectiveness under lethal circumstances. I might have learnt more if .... If I had idea of controlling emotions, then might have learnt more in this session. There is need to have some basic knowledge before starting anything new. It gives upper hand and eradicate all potential barriers which may hinder the way of learning. As it is proven that the learners with previous knowledge learn more than a green or novice learner. Moreover, I will be monitoring body language such as rapid increase in heart rate or a panic attack so that I can manage my health and control impact of stress and nervousness. E.
