I am applying for the post of graduate year position of a mental health nurse that was advertised
in the columns of the St Albans Health weekly daily newspaper. I think that this position is really
very good and fit for me. This is because the position matched well with my career, interests, and
aspirations.
I have gone through all the relevant information that was shared by you. I know that working as
a mental health nurse needs a lot of patience and empathy. I believe that I have been able to
develop these skills during the course of my profession. As an assistant mental health nurse, I
have developed the skills of working with the mentally unwell persons from several age groups. I
have also developed the skill of working both in the open and the secured wards. I have been
able to gather the skills of understanding the psychological symptoms that are seen among the
