INTRODUCTION
Professional practice can be described as conducting the work of the particular
professionalism. There is key role of teacher in enhancing the knowledge of the students and
providing them proper guidance (Morgan, 2019). The main focus of the teacher is to implement
new ideas to provide a never imaging experience to the teacher. The report aims to analyse about
understanding the Professional practice and Development in Education and training. Education is
the inherent need of the student. On the other hand, in this report there will be brief discussion
about concept of professionalism and dual professionalism in education and training. Along with
that, there will be evaluation of various factor which include the education and training. It will
affect the overall performance of the teacher. For further instance, in this report there will
analysation of role of stakeholders and various external bodies in education and training.
Stakeholders has a significant influence over the organisation.

1.1 Define the concept of professionalism and dual professionalism in education and training
Professionalism can be defined as the behaviour of an individual that helps them to act in
an effective manner and let the student’s learn effectively (Cuevas-Santos, 2019). The
professionals are the people who have taken degree in a particular subject and have knowledge to
share order to teach others. Doctors, accountant, teacher and scientist. The professional degree
helps them to earn money by working in the same field.
Professionalism be defined as an ideal citizen who works for their occupation and help to
others to learn. They have core knowledge regarding the concepts and have power to take
affected decision making as per the competence. They have authority and responsibility to
develop the students and provide them effective environment.
These professionals are expected to follow the standards and principles of educational
system so that they are able to teach the students in appropriate manner. It is seen that all the
professionals are ethically right and abide all the moral principles that help them to carry on the
day to day operations properly. There are some areas that are always taken care while
professionals and they are stated below:

Professional skills: There are some expected skills such as accountability honest
communication integrity commitment empathy and respect that must be there in professional
teachers. It assists the teachers to understand the students and let them learnt properly about the
concept (ker, 2019). There is need of being fair so that all the students are provided fair
opportunity to learn and get better understanding. There is need of providing positive learning
environment to the students so that they are able to retain the information that they have learnt
Professional values: All the institute have their own values that help the teacher to
provide quality education to the students. Being a teacher it becomes necessary to do good
planning and deliver the lessons in an effective manner by following all the values. They must
take care of all laws that are followed by the institution so that there able to teach the same to the
students. professional values are the guidelines in framework that must be followed by a teacher
in order to carry on their roads in responsibilities in affective manner for the success of the
students as well as institution.
Professional knowledge: In order to become a good professional teacher there is need of
professional knowledge so that the learner’s needs are satisfied in effective manner. The plan is
formulated and proper resources are also used in order to teach the students with best education
(Osawe, 2018). Feedback of student is also given consideration so that they are able to learn in
effective manner
Dual professionalism is the process in which one teacher and one trainer provide education
to the learners. It helps to provide vocational teaching to the students and they are able to learn in
effective manner (McCann and Brown, 2018). This helps to provide best knowledge as per the
desires of the student’s. The teacher has good professional knowledge and subject knowledge
that helps to treat quality education in effective manner. The professional standards are followed
in proper manner so that the students come to know about the topic and are able to retain the
information for longer time period. It is necessary to have subject knowledge and have taken
training to teach the students in effective manner.
There is need of taking care of Higher Education Academy (HEA), Society of Education and
Training (SET). All these practices help to develop effective teaching environment so that all the
students get professional qualification and are able to remember the information. The dual
professionalism is beneficial as the students get proper learning and are able to become
successful.

1.2 Explain ways in which own professional values influence own practice in an area of
specialism
There is need of taking care of the professional values so that they are able to teach the
students in appropriate manner. These values are necessary to generate overall behaviour of the
students and then further education takes place in effective manner (Collins and Carson, 2021). I
understand that there are some important values that must be followed in order to teach the
students. These practices are as follows:
Organisational policies: There are some policies and procedures that are made by the
institution so that better and effective strategies are used while teaching. This helps to train the
students and let them learn in proper manner. These policies help to maintain better learning
environment and I feel confident while working. The chances of mistakes get reduced and the
students develop their knowledge in proper manner.
Audit of competency: It is important for a teacher to know about their skills and
knowledge. The skills and competency of the teachers create image on the students and their
level of teaching. It helps me to know about the strengths and knowledge so that they are utilised
in proper manner(Wakely, 2021). There is need of knowing the areas of improvement so that
better actions to enhance them are used. The checking of skills makes me efficient and teach the
students in best effective manner.
High standard expectations: There are some standards that must be taken into
consideration so that better results are attained. Being an honest and supportive teacher helps to
create effective image in the minds of customers. The expectations of the students are necessarily
take appropriate actions. This helps me develop the curriculum and develop better and effective
relations with the students. I always take feedback from the students and learn from my own
mistakes in order to attain high standard experience.
Respectful relations: There are various professionals and teachers in the institute and there
is need of maintaining respectful relations with them. There is need of maintaining respectful
relation so that students develop their skills so that the learning take place in effective manner
(Jackson, 2019). This practice motivates me to even work further. The networks build is
important and help at the time of requirement. This is necessary to respect all the staff members
in the institute.

Continuous professional development: There is need of continuously developing the skill
so that best education is provided to the students. Each and every person legs in some all the
other area but it is important to know about the same and work in order to provide better teaching
so that effective conditions are maintained. It helps to deliver the lessons in effective manner and
provide better and effective learning to the students (Daza, Gudmundsdottir and Lund, 2021). I
keep on taking ICT courses and other trainings that are necessary to manage the work and teach
the students effectively.
There is need of following all the criteria’s as they are necessary to teach the students in
effective manner. The use of these principles and values are important to teach the students and
make effective learning.

2.1 Explain ways in which social, political and economic factors influence education policy
There is effective education policy being followed in United Kingdom. There are several
factors that impact the educational policy and they are as follows:
Social factors: the education policy of UK get impacted by the social factor such as
background of society a gender wealth etc. It is seen that now a day’s education is provided in
such a manner that all the standards of the people can be raised and they are able to attend and
learn properly(Caruso, Cattaneo and Gurtner, 2020) (Sahin, 2019). All the groups are being
treated equally so that they get effective education and the students get a good career and
background in the society. At the time of lectures qualities maintained and all the feedback on
the students is taken so that their participation takes place. No matter what their income
statement is they are given quality education at the same time. The work is to overall develop the
competencies of all represented group so that all the people from low cast as well as middle class
get proper education. There is need of managing the work in such a manner better development
of the students take place.
Political Factors: There are various changes in the political conditions of the nation so
that education is provided in effective manner. The education act, 2011 is made in order to
provide better education to the students. This helps to develop better curriculum for the students
and let them study in effective manner. The education system has strengthened the position of
students. It helps me to develop the students and let them study to attain successful position. The

agenda is to prosper the students and let them learnt effectively. The career of the student is
dependent on the quality of education being provided to them. That is why I use all the laws and
legislations that help me to teach the students and boost their skills that result in high
employment in future. it is important to support the students and invest sufficient amount on
them (Carr, 2018). There are various institute that provide the education to the students so that
they are able to enhance their skills and knowledge and work effectively in future.
Economic Factors: The economic condition of the nation has impact on the education
system as well. It is seen that if there is good GDP of the nation the government would spend
more money on public so that they are able to get opportunities. There is need of employees and
there is rise in employment opportunity then the students are being prepared accordingly. It is
necessary to remove the regional disparities and to provide better educational system to the
students. The parents are encouraging to invest in the education of their students is that they are
able to get better returns in future. There is requirement of working as per the situation and
providing better condition to the learners.
2.2 Analyse the impact of current educational policies on curriculum and practice in own area
of specialism
Education policies in curriculum are important in helps the teacher to teach the students
effectively. It is necessary to teach the Students with updated curriculum so that they can use
same (Cone and Affronti, 2018). In UK the educational policy has great impact on my area of
practice. Being a teacher of English I assured that all the policies are being followed by me so
that the students long effectively. I take care of the preferences of the programs being decided to
teach the students. All the programs that take place have some knowledge and skills
development activities for the students. I work on enhancing the language programs student so
that they are able to learn effectively and remember the information. Promoting vocational
qualification help the learners to get better skill set and get future jobs.
Being teacher it is my duty to follow all the standards and qualifications how taken into
consideration (Hellne-Halvorsen, Lahn and Nore, 2021). Inspection is taken on regular basis so
that all the students and I able to evaluate her performance and take necessary actions for
improvement. I always prefer providing quality education that there is overall development of
the students.

3.1 Explain the roles of stakeholders and external bodies in education and training
Stakeholders can be defined as people who have stake and power in the organisation.
These people have interest in the institution and power of making decisions. There are two types
of stakeholders internal as well as external (Huang-Saad, Stegemann and Shea, 2020). The
students. teachers are the internal stakeholders and on the other side the customers, service
provider, employers, suppliers. It is necessary to know about role of each and every stakeholder
in the institution and their success:
 Students: there is key role of students in institute is they are the one who learnt and
follow the code of practice in order to develop their skills and knowledge.
 Teaching staff: the teaching staff helps to provide training and education facility to the
student and provide them professional lessons in order to develop them overall. They
develop the lesson plan and scheme of work for the students (Drude, Maheu and Hilty,
2019).
 Helping staff: All the helping work is being done by the supporting staff. They help to do
the marketing finish as well as the information and technology work. The support staff
helps in smooth operation of the institution and completing all the task within right time.
 Employers: there is requirement of a person who hires for the institution. The choice help
recruits most quality teachers and train them in effective manner.
 Supplier: there is need of various materials in order to develop the resources. These
resources are right for the teachers and help to provide better teaching facilities to the
students.
 Awarding body: these are external stakeholders that help to maintain quality of education
system. All the standards and benchmarks are being developed by them that helps to
provide quality education
Explain how being accountable to stakeholders and external bodies impacts on organisations in
education and training
At the time of teaching in our institute I believe that it becomes important to be
accountable to the stakeholders and external bodies. It helps to bring a coordination among the
professionals and manage the working in effective manner. Impact is mention below:

 It helps in achieving targets: one of the greatest benefit of accountability is to achieve
the targets on right time. The quality standards are being followed and lessons are
delivered within time that helps to keep the target and complete the responsibility within
right time.
 Better reporting condition: the reporting condition of educational institute gets
enhanced by the use of accountable. It is necessary take care the policies develop by
government and parents and report them the performance of their students (Macedo,
Padilha and Püschel, 2019). This is a necessary action that benefits the overall
organisation.
 Reputation: the brand image and reputation of the institute also gets invest if there are
proper services being provided. All the reports and being submitted on timely manner and
quality services provided that helps to give answer to all the questions at any point of
time. The school management is able to get good position in the market.
 Attend goals and objectives: if the teachers are accountable to the stakeholders in other
professionals the goals and objective on right time that is important for the success of
institution.
 Meet the requirements of awarding organisations: it is seen that by being responsible
the knowledge is transferred in effective manner. it helps to meet the targets of awarding
bodies so that knowledge is transferred in effective manner (Alomi and et.al., 2022). This
is necessary to achieve a good position in the market and follow all the policies that are
important.
3.3. Explain why it is important to work in partnership with employers and other stakeholders in
education and training
All the stakeholders have their own position in the institute. It becomes important to be in
partnership with them and share all the necessary information with them.
Partnership with employers: This helps to stay connected with them and tell them about
the vacancy. The requirement facilities in all the training necessary are going told to them. The
employers use the updated information for the quality education and provide employees at each
and every level. They also help to provide all the resources at right place in right time. There are
various other activities that are being done by them in order to provide quality teaching
experience by the teacher.

Partnership with stakeholders: As stated of all the stakeholders have their own role in the
institution. There is need of having collaborative approach with them so that they are satisfied.
Each and every member of the institute must be in contact so that all the problems are solved
when they arise (Pickard and Risner, 2020). It is important to take proper care of the
opportunities that arise and get development of all the day holders as well as institute. If a
teacher is absent there is need of training staff to help the students. There is key role of all the
stakeholders and having effective relationship is necessary. The use of all these tools are
necessary for the success of the stakeholders and the institute as well.
3.4 Analyse the impact of being accountable to stakeholders and external bodies on curriculum
design, delivery and assessment in own area of specialism
Being a teacher of English, I assure that all the stakeholders are satisfied. It is necessary to
provide effective education to the students and keep proper brand image of the institute.
Curriculum design: I am able to develop my lesson plans as well as scheme of work in effective
manner. By being accountable to the awarding bodies I follow all the rules and regulations and
use appropriate curriculum design so that objectives are attend. Accountability helps me to take
the students in proper manner and answer all the questions to the stakeholders. I work in such a
manner that no mistake is being done by me and best design is provided to the students. I use
information in communication technology skills so that the quality of education in senses and the
learners are also able to get latest information in effective manner (Andersen and Pitkänen,
2019). The English is very important subject for students and I do not take any risk with them at
the time of developing and designing the curriculum.
Delivery is one of the most important function. It is seen that all the teachers are able to plan and
design the curriculum and effective manner what it is necessary to deliver the same as per the
requirement of students. I work to provide them flexibility so that they are able to learn properly
and use the information in future as well. The external bodies and courage me to deliver the
lessons in effective manner.
Assessment: The policy of accountability in the rise of assessment. There are various challenges
that take place at the time of monitoring the performance but in order to give answers I follow all
the standards and regulate the monitor the same. The external bodies also have right to assess the
performance and lessons delivered to the students.

4.1 Explaining key aspects and policies, codes of practice and guidelines of an organisation
The main goal of the institution is to provide best education to the students. There are
various effective policies which needs to be followed by the teacher in a systematic manner (Ng,
and Lam, 2018). There are various policies in the teaching establishments which is based upon
the following guidelines. Various ethical laws and policies are described below:
 The teacher needs to provide an engaging learning experience to the students. This will
help them to capitalise on different opportunities.
 To enhance the skills and knowledge of the students there are various methods and
techniques which can be used in an effective manner.
 Th teacher needs to establish a healthy behaviour in the classroom and provide equal
opportunities to the students (Krishnamurthy, and et.al 2022). This will help them to
become more efficient and capitalise on different career oriented opportunities. Being a
teacher I help the students in overcoming different knowledge and help them to develop
different skills which is essential for their growth.
 To use the best curriculum to provide interactive sessions to the students. The topic must
be clear with the students. This will help them to achieve a systematic growth in the
future. Being a teacher in English I use the curriculum to enhance the experience of the
students. The major focus is to improve their efficiency.
With the formulation of code of conduct there are equal opportunities which is provided
to the students. The main focus is to enhance the overall experience and helps the students gain a
competitive advantage.
All these guidelines needs to followed to helps the students overcoming different
challenges. The individual is able to learn properly and become more efficient.
4.2 Analysing the impact of requirements and expectations on curriculum practice in own area of
specialism
Being a teacher of English it is necessary for myself to assen the critical areas of the
students in which they are lacking. It is necessary to divide the work and manage the duties to
provide and enhanced experience learning experience to the students. The main focus is to help
them become more creative. I decide the session which I want to teach to the students. The

curriculum helps me to prepare the engaging sessions of the students. I am able to tech new
topics which is necessary for them to improve their areas in which they are lacking.
There are various guidelines which is followed to provide the best quality education to
the students. With the help of proper curriculum there are different interactive session which is
planned for the students (Jackson, 2019). There are various important topics in the curriculum
which needs to be followed. There are various effective policies which can be formulated to
enhance the learning experience. The students in my lectures become more creative and
capitalise on different opportunities which arises in the future. I deliver the lessons properly
which could help to minimize their doubts and they can complete the work in an effective
manner. I value all the students and treat them properly. This helps me to establish a equal and
healthy environment in which all the students can attain an effective growth.

5.1 Analysing the quality improvement and quality assurance arrangements of own organisation
Quality improvement is a process of which help the teacher to enhance the quality of
providing essential learning experience to the students. The teacher can use various effective
techniques to improve the teaching quality. The teacher can provide the interactive sessions to
the students to help them achieve academic success in the future (Wallace, and et.al 2018). The
main focus of the teacher is to help the students in various critical areas in which they are lacking
with the help of different solutions. There are new technological tools which can be used to
improve the quality and provide best learning experience to the students.
Quality assurance plays a vital role in providing enhanced experience to the students. The
teacher focus on certain areas to improve the overall efficiency (Holzberg, Clark, and
Morningstar, 2018). They help the students in overcoming different challenges which they face
in their academics. There are various components in the quality assurance. It requires a proper
formation, standardized education etc. The institutions plays a significant role in providing the
best quality eduction to the students. If the quality of the teaching is good then the students will
grab the knowledge effectively. On the other hand quality assurance saves time in an effective
manner. The teacher has no need to check the quality of the students. Quality assurance is an
important component there are various steps. To understand the quality assurance appropriately
there are various measures which needs to be taken by the organisation.

There are various arrangements in the organisation which needs to be practised in an
effective manner. Being a teacher the institution follow all the standards which helps them to
provide best learning experience to the students. The main focus is to enhance the knowledge of
the students in a significant manner. Most of the universities follow the quality standards to meet
the demands of the learners.
5.2 Explaining the function of self-assessment and self-evaluation and the quality cycle
Self assessment will helps the teacher to extend the abilities and help them to acquire
different other skills which is necessary to provide best learning experience to the students
(Giampaolo, and Fabbri, 2019). There are various functions in the self assessment which is
mentioned below:
 Measuring the learner Knowledge – This will help the teacher to evaluate the critical
areas in which they are lacking. The teacher can take effective measures to improve the
knowledge for the students and provide them best learning experience. Being a teacher of
the English I help the students to improve different areas in a significant manner.
 Underdressing the skills and capabilities – The teacher needs to enhance their skills
and capabilities to provide creative sessions to the individuals.
Self evaluation can be defined as a process which helps to improve certain areas and provide
best experience to the students. Being a teacher I enhance my knowledge by learning new topics.
This will help me to better results in providing the education to the students.
The quality cycle will help the organisation to improve certain areas and achieve the
inherent goals and objectives. PDCA cycle is used which is mentioned below:
 Plan – In this particular step the organisation cab plan the goals and objectives which
they want to achieve (Copper, and Semich, 2019). They can follow various ethics and
values to successfully achieve a plan. Being a teacher of English I plan various tasks to
provide the interactive sessions of the students. This will enhance the creativity of the
students in an effective manner.
 Do – The organisation needs to use various techniques to achieve the goals and
objectives.
 Check – In this step the organisation can check the work of the employees. They can
measure it with the help of various tools. In this new era with the new technological tools
measuring the performance has become more efficient.

 Act – The organisation needs to act effectively to meet the quality standards which is set
by them (Numonjonov, 2020). They can follow the quality standards to provide best
quality education experience to the students.
5.3 Evaluating learning programme taking account of the quality maintenance of own
organization
After getting placement in the University (Becher, 2018). There are various strategic
decisions which is taken by me and I understand that the learning about Eglish is beneficial for
me in every manner. Becoming best in the English and helps other students to become better to
capitalise on different opportunities. The learning program helps me in an significant manner.
There are various critical areas which is evaluated by me of the students. I make a strategic plan
and provide them enhanced learning experience to the students.
I had improved various areas the major factor in which I was lacking. I had improve
cretin areas now I am able to communicate effectively with the students. I can provide them best
education and helps them to capitalise on different opportunities in the future. I planned the
sessions and topics before this will help me to provide best learning experience to the students. I
certainly believe to establish a healthy environment in the classroom and treats everyone equal.
This will help the students to become more creative and enhance their knowledge in a significant
manner. There are different qualities which is developed to provide never imaging experience to
the students.
5.4 Identifying different areas for improvement in the learning programme
There are different areas of improvement in the learning programme which is mentioned below:
With the changing market trends there is new technology which is used by most of the
individual to provide the best learning experience to the students. The main focus is to enhance
the knowledge of the students and help them to achieve a significant career growth in the future.
I have taken various training sessions to improve this area. Nowadays, I am providing the best
educations to the students and use different technological tools to measure their performance and
provide the interactive sessions. Another major concern is I forgot to take the necessary
feedbacks from the students (Bailey, 2019). There are various areas in which the students are
lacking. I need to improve the most prominent areas to help them achieve academic success.
These improvements will help them to enhance various opportunities in the future. With the help
of learning program, I tend to improve certain areas and provide improve the overall

performance of the students in an appropriate manner. The learning programme is important in
every manner to improve different critical aspects.
CONLCUSION
From the above report, it has been concluded that provide effective learning experience
will help the students to capitalise on different career oriented opportunities. There are vast
options from which the individual can choose in an effective manner. On the other hand, in this
report there is brief discussion about various code of conduct and policies and the necessary
guidelines for the organisation. Along with that, there is evaluation of quality assurance and
quality improvement which helps the organisation to provide best experience to the individuals.
For further instance, in this report there will is brief discussion about identifying different areas
of improvement in the learning programme. With the help of curriculum there are different areas
which can be improved in an effective manner. The teacher can provide the best learning
experience to the students.
