INTRODUCTION
Professional practice can be described as conducting the work of the particular
professionalism. There is key role of teacher in enhancing the knowledge of the students and
providing them proper guidance (Morgan, 2019). The main focus of the teacher is to implement
new ideas to provide a never imaging experience to the teacher. The report aims to analyse about
understanding the Professional practice and Development in Education and training. Education is
the inherent need of the student. On the other hand, in this report there will be brief discussion
about concept of professionalism and dual professionalism in education and training. Along with
that, there will be evaluation of various factor which include the education and training. It will
affect the overall performance of the teacher. For further instance, in this report there will
analysation of role of stakeholders and various external bodies in education and training.

qualification help the learners to get better skill set and get future jobs.
