The employees of the organization should be receiving the best working environment and the most comfortable position to work in. they should be provided with the best practices by their employers. Thus the main aim of the message is to let the Managers know about the serious problems in the work environment so that effective ergonomic initiatives are taken for the betterment of the employees. Body There have been an increase in the problem of the employees and the compensation of the workers are a result of the musculoskeletal disorder due to the difference in the posture s of the working people in the organizations. Thus to improve the ergonomics the District Office Managers are advised to take the ergonomics initiative and inviting the employees to a conference where they would be shared tips regarding the ergonomics. Closing Thus it can be concluded that the employees who suffer from the physical problems such as the musculoskeletal disorders should be provided with ergonomics tips. The workplace environment should be made comfortable to the workers so that they work in the best possible manner. For this the employees can be asked to maintain a good and a proper posture during working in the office on their computers. They must keep their spine straight and avoid leaning forward on the computers. In accordance with this, it should be made sure that the chairs of the employees are in good condition and they properly compliment their body posture. The height of the chair should be adjusted so that the foot reaches the floor and the arms from the elbow to the

The mouse and the keyboard should be placed at the same level in order to make sure that the writs are not bent and kept straight. The monitor that the employees work upon should be kept at the eye level, in order to prevent any sort of head bent. A computer tray can be used, for the employees who use a laptop. They could even use a Bluetooth keyboard in order to maintain the correct position of the eye level and to prevent any sort of postural deformity. In relation to this, the company has decided to place orders for new chairs as a part of the ergonomic initiative. These new chairs would help them keep their posture straight. Orders for the computer trays and the Bluetooth keyboards have also been decided to be placed, which would help the employees who work with their laptops. Also the actions can include creating a page with the tips for ergonomics, that could be placed at the desk of every employee so that they would know about the exact postures and what they should be doing.
