I am an assistant manager in the back
office of the company situated in London.
it is a desk job with the inclusion of the
small amount of field work. There are
some challenges faced.

With what kind of work/life
balance (consider hours of
work/stress levels)?
My job profile is to ensure effective
management and allocation of resources
and smooth communication between
team members for the company. Daily
work hours range from 8-10 hours. Stress
is seen generally in the high seasons such
as holidays and vacations where there is
more pressure of tourists.

I am an integral part of the Middle-level
management and lead various teams too.

in the industry and various diversities of
employees hired by the company. Thus it
can be said that I have to handle various
individuals with different characteristics
which range from artistic individuals to
practical individuals.

Majorly outside work, I like to indulge
myself in my favourite hobbies which are
inclusive of reading books, playing cricket,
football etc.
