Day 1 : Icebreaking •Before the workshop starts, the participants and the presenter will engage in an ice-breaker activity. The ice- breaker will make the participants more comfortable with each other. The presenter will start by introducing himself or herself to the team. The introduction speech should include, a bit of history on his experience in Multidimensionality of Character. The participants will then be asked to introduce themselves but in a different way than that of the presenter.
Day 1 : Icebreaking •All participators will stand in a circle. Each will begin by giving their full names and three statements about their life. The speaker will emphasise the needs of one to identify and build on their character strength. The speaker will facilitate the entire workshop with, handout notes and an interactive PowerPoint presentation. To mark the introduction climax, the participants will watch a character-building YouTube video, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JLUOlLRbazA. The video gives an introduction and general application of character strength.

Day 1 : Tea Break •During the tea break, the team members will be required to further get to appreciate each other strengths. They are to start a talk with another employee at the tea station, who they have not had any interaction with in the past. They have to engage in a conversation on any one of the truths that the participant identified in the first ice- breaker activity. Each partner has to try and identify the character strength of the other person. This will further warm up their interactions with each other and to other activities in the course of the workshop.
Day 1 : Team Activity: Letting go a Jelly beans •The goal of this team activity is to help each participant identify and appreciate their unique strengths. The team will be asked to separate into four random groups of five members. Each participant will receive twenty- four jelly beans of six different colours that include red, green, blue, pink, yellow and black. •Each jelly bean represents a different core virtue. The red Jelly bean signifies emotional core virtue courage, green humanity, blue wisdom, pink temperance, yellow transcendence and black justice. The reason why Jelly beans are used in the activity is to elaborate that each individual has unique character strengths to offer. Despite the size of jelly beans small, they have incredible taste.
Day 1 : Team Activity: Letting go a Jelly beans •Members for each group will be asked to sit in a circle facing each other. Then each will be allowed by other team members to identify and illustrate their character strength in the six- core character virtue, transcendence, temperance, justice, courage and humanity. Each participant is to give true unique experiences. When a member identifies a character strength that surpass another participant strength in any of the six- core character virtue, they have to let go of one of their jelly bean that represents the core character virtue.

Day 2 : Role-playing and Simulation •The role-playing and simulation activity will allow the participants to simulate human interaction on a common area of interaction like a bus terminal concerning different character strengths. The participation will be in a group of ten. In this case, it will be better for the facilitator to encourage participation to pair up groups that were created in day one because all participants could have gained a better connection and understanding for each other. •The simulation case will involve an arrogant base driver, a physically challenged young man, and an old lady who accidentally drops 1000 dollars.
Day 2 : Role-playing and Simulation cont… •Each group is to creatively create a scenario and act. Through the simulation, they are supposed to mimic different character strength. From the acting, a team will try to show how different people based on their character strengths react to a different situation. For instance, in the case of the old lady who accidentally drops cash, an honest individual, will call out to the lady at once, and let her know that she has dropped the cash. •The honest act, also confirms that the person also has other interpersonal strength of humanity like kindness, love and care. Through the simulation, the team should be encouraged to create scenes that are interesting and educative to all the other teams. The crews can also be motivated and encouraged to create their unique character to make the situation more interesting.
Day 2 : Brainstorming •After the role-playing and simulation activity, the participant will all be involved in a brainstorming session. This session will be a reflection on the role-playing activity. The participants will be asked to: Identify major characters in the simulation Establish or identify their civic, humanity, temperance, transcendence, cognitive and emotional strength Establish what areas they need to focus on to ensure that they have a fairly strong and positive character Ascertain how the characters could apply the character strengths identified in other social interactions like school or workplace and family.

The reason why the workshop targets the medical environment is because it is one of the industries that deal with individuals with different personalities. These patients require not only physical treatment but also emotional care. Therefore, the workshop seeks to educate the clinical practitioners, the impact their character strength has on others around them. Moreover, having the participants interact in the group allowed them to interact with people with different strength and they get to understand how these strengths affect them.
Part 2: Expectation cont.. •The best way for the participants to understand the topic, Multidimensionality of Character, was to have a more practical interaction. Consequently, the workshop attempts to take the participants through many activities that help them to measure, understand, and build their character not only to have a positive impact on the people that they interact with but also live a more fruitful and meaningful life. Some of the situations that they face in their work environment might significantly affect their behaviour. Nonetheless, by evaluating other people character strengths, especially in other social circles as depicted from the simulation group activities, their character strengths are also shaped.

Part 2: Expectation cont.. •Including interesting and interactive activities throughout the workshop also played positively to the timing. Workshop and training especially in a busy work environment like medical can be challenging. Hence, most workshop and training are organized either for the afternoon session the workshop seeks to ensure that the participants got an opportunity to learn and build their character. Without all the fun activities some of these workshops and training cannot be fruitful especially because they are worn out from performing their workplace duties.
