Hope you are well! We were highly delighted to receive an opportunity to serve you as our
client. Our goal is to develop you as our loyal customer by availing our landscaping service.
Through this letter, the organization aims to grab your attention on our key problem
considering the project.
I am writing to you considering a recent problem faced by our reputed company. The quality
service of our company has enabled us to on a contract to do the original landscaping for your
newly developed commercial building.
We have fixed our business project at a total cost of $980. Recently, our company is
experiencing multiple problems and it is restricting us to offer timely service to our beloved
clients. We purchase the plants from our lone supplier based in the United States.
Due to the sudden rise in the exchange rate, we are facing an issue to receive the plant at an
appropriate price. Our supplier has denied our proposal for providing the plants at the pre-
discussed cost. As you are one of our dearest clients, we have also tried to avail the plants
from the other suppliers but they are offering plants of minimized quality. Our company has
rejected its proposal as we cannot compromise with our service quality.
Our company employs a limited strength of skilled and talented employees. Additionally, our
company is also facing an issue concerning our human resources. One of our employees has
quit recently due to personal issues and the other one has recently broken her arm while
biking. Therefore, are running short of labor strength for project landscaping.
We have acknowledged that you are continuously revising the scope of the project and
altering the elements of the design. It is directly adding a lot of extra work and increasing the
project cost. Therefore, it is not possible to complete the extra or with limited labor and cost.
