Therefore, it is a DoD process for careful preparation, developing the program, and determination of resources. It is most significant to enable craft planning and programming that meets all demands of the national security tactics despite lack of enough resources. Defense Operations enhances the workplace of a subordinate official for the defense of the accession, logistics, and technology that boost decision-making process for major defense acquisition program through quality engineering and program assessment support. This facilitates approval of the recommended program objective programs. As a result, it promotes successful operation of the program through recommendations of the independent actions of the government program management. Thus, the Joint managers are advised to learn the COCOM rationale for significant programs to access wide area and be sensitive the operations of environmental components.
