Departmental Goals:
Provide timely, evidenced-based clinical and nonclinical support services to adults, children, and adolescents.
Services will include intakes, assessments, treatment planning, psychiatric support, and in-office, in-school,
and in-home therapeutic one-on-one and group interventions. All services are guided by the Jason K.
Principles and delivered according to guidelines set forth by the RBHA and OBHL.
Summary:
This position provides coordination and supervision for administration, and program services related to
behavioral health prevention for children, adults, families, or local communities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and strengths-based clinical supervision to program staff through weekly
individual supervision meetings or weekly group staff meetings.
Conduct performance reviews as needed and complete annual performance evaluations.

Recruit, train, and supervise interns and volunteers for the program.
Perform routine and timely chart audits for each therapist and assure timely chart closures.
Track therapist outcomes, production, and review regularly.
Monitors and holds staff accountable for productivity standards, working with staff to increase
productivity as appropriate.
Act as a liaison between program staff and funding/referral sources. Perform networking and
marketing functions to build program areas and program revenues.
Monitor therapist/consumer/program financial and production data in HMS.
Monitor staff and service delivery for barriers to treatment.
Develop written administrative and clinical protocols for staff and programs as needed.
Work with staff to develop program curricula.
Maintain integrity of facility, office procedures, and working relationships by providing support to
CSR supervisor and client service representatives.
Provide clinical staffing with case management, therapist, and psychiatrist as needed.
Attends and participates in trainings and related training opportunities as appropriate.
Provides ongoing training and support to staff and performs consultation/education activities as
appropriate.
Any other duties as assigned by management.
Education and Qualifications:
Must have fingerprint clearance issued by Arizona Department of Public Safety or eligible to receive
within eight (8) weeks of hire.
A master's degree in the behavioral health or related field (counseling, psychology, social work, or
education) and at least 2years direct experience or its equivalent.
Professional licensure as required per program requirements.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Must have a working knowledge of the diagnostic clinical skills involving current Diagnostic
Statistical Manual (DSM) for co-occurring disorders
Must have the ability to provide, monitor, and supervise effective evidence-based clinical
interventions from a brief, solution-focused and systems perspective.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must provide quality internal and external customer service.
Must have the ability to work independently.
Must be familiar with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred, but not required.
Working Conditions:
The position requires prolonged sitting, standing, frequent bending, stooping, or stretching. Position requires
the use of office equipment, such as computer terminals, fax machines, telephones, and copiers. All work is
performed in an office and must be able to lift/carry 10-25 pounds.
