INTRODUCTION
Third Party Observation is a type of form in which the individual is allowed to observe
their work and also help them to patent them according to European patent act. The third party
observation as the work which the individual have performed is not in the invention category and
also does not have the proper information about the literature and this observation will help the
individual to get the patent on that and raise novelty on it. In this study there is a brief
information about observing a person appointed in the childcare centre and also have a
description about planned and unplanned teaching activities in the childcare centre.

There are many ways to increase the interaction of the children in the childcare center and one of
them is interactive play and that will also help the children to increase the cooperation and also
help them to talk with the teacher in the center.

Inquiry process will help the teacher to understand what the children have learned from the
teaching and for children normative inquiry will help to understand them better as children are
very shy and moody in talking what they have learned. (Lewis and West, 2017)

The activity which helped the children to increase to open themselves is cooperative construction
which is the form of play which help the kids to develop the cooperation skills and another
activity which is passing the ball which helped the children to increase their communication
skills.

The children were having problems in communicating with each other so the teacher organized
an activity in which all the children have to form a circle and pass the ball to next person by their
names and as the ball passes each child have to ask the questions which they want to this will
help the children to increase the communication skills and also enjoy their learning.
