consultation must be done with stakeholders so that they will also get idea that what will be
going to happen in the project and can give their views on it.

biggest strength of this program is it is getting support from local government. While starting the
project training has been given to the workforce so that can know about their role. Investors in
the programme are Barnet council, local government, national authority etc. as technology has

will going to start the project which is regeneration schemes which will going to provide 20000
brand new houses to the people. It will include both residential as well as commercial space so
people will live their and also can work their. Project has discussed that how Barnet council will
going to complete this project by 2029. as it is the big project and not easy to complete. This
program has used action research methodology so that can get help from the local bodies. The
biggest strength of this program is it is getting support from local government. While starting the
project training has been given to the workforce so that can know about their role. Investors in
the programme are Barnet council, local government, national authority etc. as technology has
act as complex factors because of its changing nature. Reports has also evaluated various
recommendations.
