Introduction
San Luis Obispo (SLO) has been chosen to implement the healthcare plans and policies. Shift in
demand, a number of regional disparities and the growth rate of the older population have
compelled the city officials to change their healthcare policies. The study will implement some
strategies, goals and actions on the transportation activity of the city, thus, focusing on the local
airport and also the development of the parks of the surrounding areas. The regional airport of
San Luis Obispo was planned properly. The city is in the outskirts of California with a population
3 lac. The identified diseases that most of the 3 lac people of SLO facing are a cardiovascular
problem, diabetes, Alzheimer, cancer, chronic respiratory problem, influenza, liver disease,
accidents, and suicides. Additionally, the low life expectancy of the male population is
considered to be a major problem for SLO. Goals, policies, and actions of both the issues will be
the key features of the study. The concluding part will summarize the whole study.
