1. System thinking and key benefits its provides to project manager.
It is identified as holistic approach which is used to recognise that focus on the way that a
system's constituents parts that effectively interrelate and the ways through which the systems
work over time and within the context of larger systems. As per the analysis, persons having
system thinking are unique and different from other individuals. In every business enterprise
project managers are often considered as system thinkers because they posses capabilities to
initiate new and difficult project. Further, they are capable to resolve issues contingencies and
risk associated with the project (Kerzner and Kerzner, 2017). Project managers in organization
gets benefits from system thinking because they usually tend to achieve new opportunities to
expand business. They also understand the challenges of complex human factors which are
often associated with change. It enables the project manager to identify resources through
research and getting unique solution for resolution of problems associated with the project.
Further, project managers who are systems thinkers always design various systems. It helps
managers to explore new and attractive business opportunities along with compelling vision for
the future. System thinking tends to increase innovation within organisation and helps managers
to reduce cost of operations.
2. Concepts and methodologies of system thinking
Project administrative authority or manager in organisation often face various complex
situation and challenges while they carry out any kind of project. For example; Automotive
brands carry out new projects of development cars, then project managers always faces situation
like lack of resource, improper machinery, resources and human resource etc. System thinking
approach used by managers will provide them support in carrying out research and identify loop
holes which has created these critical situation (Laudon and Laudon, 2016). Further, mainly
there are eight methodologies of this approach that clearly demonstrate relationship between
various important variables such as design , evaluation and application. There are various
important aspects which are followed by managers to carry out project such as personal skills,
experience and attributes, communication models., creating shared goals and appropriate team
management. However, it can be said that application of these important thinking will provide
support in analysing connection between various parts of this approach so as to analyse scenario
for effective decision making. Moreover, methodologies of system also analyse various
mutualities which has provided growth to wide system based performance. However, shifting of

these systems in an integrated way over time. These are always found out as various leverage
points in these systems.
3. Contribution of system engineering at enterprise level.
Stakeholders are identified as key contributors towards success of a project of business
enterprise therefore organisation provide more focus on creating values for their stakeholder such
as customers, competitors, shareholders, financial institutions, employees, suppliers and
government. Study stated that system engineering provides support to project managers in
organisation to find out contingencies and risk that will occurs while carrying out project.
Through system engineering managers tends to get opportunities for resolution of issue. Further,
it also provides support in carry out the project management plan to achieve objectives
(Armstrong and et.al, 2015). System engineering tends to resolve technical issues faced by
employees in completion of project. Provide support in development of new business model and
reduction of challenges faced by organisation in market. Study also provided understanding that
it not only resolve issue but it will also help in exploitation of various business opportunities for
achievement of objective and mission formulate by top level management. These systems
enable managers to demonstrate wide impact of visitors on their business operations.
Project level contribution of system thinking also ensure various important aspects of evey
project that is being considered to complete the project.
4. System thinking and engineering relating to project, program and portfolio management.
Highly characterized by management that needs to create business opportunities at
workplace. There is highly involvement organization in market among customers have also been
increased after utilization of system engineering framework.
System thinking implemented by manager in enterprise has its wide relevance in market with the
project because it provided competencies to project manager for carrying out operations
according to project management plan (Schwalbe, 2015). Project management is termed as
important process which is used by manager within enterprise to carry a specified project.
System thinking increase effectiveness of consumers in gaining high opportunities of growth and
development in market. It also provides ability to project manager in management of program
because it helps in undertaking research effectively. Moreover, program management has been
effectively associated with system engineering because it is closely related with project managers
and system thinking capabilities at workplace. Portfolio management has been considered as

important part implies to making effective and appropriate decision about product mix and the
policies that has its major impact on business operations.
5. Non technical terms for senior executives of business and purpose of life cycle
Life cycle has been with the purpose of measuring impact any project on the
environment. It enables project managers to set up limits, making comparisons, identification of
hot spots, just effective understanding of the influence it has on surrounding natural world. This
life cycle is developed and initiated with the helps of project managers (.Caniëls and Bakens,
2012). It viewpoints that organisation is looking towards whole life of their products from the
stage of extraction of raw materials, production and utilization stage which is up to recycling
and the disposal. Further, it enables the project managers to understand their supply chain and
analysing that how their changes in business operations will provide impact on other operations.
Life cycle for senior executives and managers is useful as it provides assurance as the reduction
of environmental impact at one stage within the life cycle will occur at the prices of increase in
another important stage.
6. Relationship between systems engineering, design and system engineering management.
System engineering management and design have effective relationship because they
both are required for successful development of product. Success of complex project always
relies upon the integrated approach of effective systematic engineering design and management
(Muller, 2017). Design is highly required for management system engineering approaches within
enterprise. Effective system engineering management will always require a strong foundation in
management skills and design is made to provide a base for completion of project (Beaven,
VirtualAgility Inc, 2012). It is often analysed as important aspect that enable system engineers
in company to arrive at decision for development of products and services. This design has been
created by project managers to provide direction to team members towards accomplishment of
project effectively. Various management is concerned with the overall process of defining,
development. Operation, maintenance and often replacement of quality systems. System design
will allow the managers to concentrate upon the integration of these important aspects as an
effective and coherent system. They usually bring an effective perspective towards their process
of engineering which serves to effectively reorganise and coordinate system engineering
activities.

7. PPPM manual and electronic application systems and their help in project realization.
It implies to project, processing, procedures manual (PPPM) is considered as essential
business document formulated by project managers to state the clear procedures and design
along with the internal mechanism of controlling the project for effective management of cost
and schedules. Further, EAS are the software that is used by managers and employees for data
base security and user interface (Pearlson Saunders and Galletta, 2016). This system is
analysed as something which project manager will consider and something which is used for
interaction with the computer. These computing software will help in data base management and
control of business operations. In this, system data will be exchanged electronically with the help
of other important applications through network. It helps project manager in enterprise to
demonstrate various electronic an products and services which are faster and cost effective.
Further, these important electronic system assist in getting technical capabilities to project
engineers towards designing project. This will help managers to develop an effective
interrelation with the clients and helps in realization of project deliverables.
8. Key similarities and differences between roles of system engineering and project
management.
There are various important similarities and differences between project managers and system
engineer such as
Defining key important roles and responsibilities that needs to be performed for effective
accomplishment of project.
Development for management and of risk and contingencies management.
They also have interact among customers and understanding their problems related to
product and services (Clarke, 2012).
System engineering and project management have similarities because they both are
responsible for management of company acquisition over other companies.
Management of configuration is also analysed as important similar activities which is
performed by manager and engineers at workplace.
There are also some important difference between the project managers as well as system
engineers which are mentioned below:
Project managers in enterprise always focus on planning for a particular project whereas
system engineers tends to develop structure of system in organisation.

Project administrative managers are responsible for the administration and allocation of
resources for project whereas engineers are responsible effective allocate resource for
development system.
Management of financial statements and contracts is also identified as important
responsibility of project managers. In comparison, system engineers always intended to
perform the task of integrating systems and coordination of technical software.
Project managers usually conduct analysis of different project whereas system engineers
focused on various important needs of systems (Stark, 2015).
Documentation of task performed under any project is important responsibility of project
managers whereas system engineers performs the task of verification as well as effective
validation of system.
9. Fundamentals and key components of system realization.
This area of knowledge gives a support to some essential information and knowledge
about the system which also forms as an important part of system thinking and also act as
important foundation for related worlds of various integrated signs and approach of system in to
practice. There are some key components of realization like integration, implementation,
verification and appropriate validation etc. This system realization within business enterprise
has been accountable towards development of design for an important and specific business
project. System integration is also determined as IT process used to associate the components ,
and subsystem within one particular system (Hall, 2012). It is also used to ensure that the
subsystems of this function will work together as effective system and the information. Further,
implementation of system is also analysed as process used by system engineers for determining
the ways through which the information system can be developed within enterprise. It is also
used to ensure that the information system will be operational and utilization. It will also tend to
ensure that information system will be able to meet quality standards. In addition to this, system
verification has been considered as important set of various action which are utilized for
checking the correctness of important element such as system element , system , documentation
and services .Another key component of realization is considered as system validation which is
also considered as set of actions which is used for checking of compliance of every element
with its important purpose and important functions.
