INTRODUCTION
Strategic management refers to adapting such strategies which enhances the overall
planning of the company such as setting goals for employees, identifying the company internal
strength and also analysing the factors which affecting the company through external matters
(Glaister, 2015). Present report is based upon the Blisborrow Motorsport (BM) which indicates
that the matter related to current issue in respect of choosing the appropriate location to expand
the business. Through this perspective it helps in resolving the issue of the customer in relation
to enhancing growth and expansion of business.
BACKGROUND OF BLISBORROW MOTORSPORT
Blisborrow Motorsport (BM) was established by Ben Johnson in 2010. This company
mainly deal in providing car which is prepared for entering into racing or rally purpose and
satisfy the customer needs in better way. This business is located in the small village which is
called Blisborrow and due to these aspects, they carry the good connectivity with the dealers and
supplier who are engaging in such types of business (Lawrie, Cobbold and Marshall, 2015). The
current situation which is faced by the Blisborrow Motorsport (BM) is that they carry the less
team members to handle the work in right manner. As most of the difficulties which is faced by
the companies is relating to changes in environment which resulting in causing major damages to
company location. By these aspects the issue arises in respect of changes in company's polices,
as it reduces the aspects of discrimination at work place and enhances the values and culture. So
that every employee can freely communicate with each other.
BUSINESS ANALYSIS
In context of undertaking the matter related to internal analysis, various factors are to be
determined which helps in interpreting the company strategies in right manner such as:
Strength: The major strength which is carried by the Blisborrow Motorsport (BM) is that they
carry the renowned brand image in field of the motor sports. As due to these aspects the place
where such business is located carry the good links with the transportation facility (Marginson,
2016). It also examined that the place where such business is carried, deals in less criminal area
and also, they carry the strong systems such as CAD/CNC.

Weakness: It is examined that the headquarters is located at residential area where they faced lot
of complaint from the resident regarding getting disturbance. The team which they carry are
limited and also had poor communication skills which resulting in facing major issue in
conveying the right orders.
Opportunities: They get the biggest projects in company through which they can enhances the
business and also expand the business for attaining more growth opportunities. Through the
effective team work, they get opportunities to upgrade their vehicle and promote such business in
market.
Threats: The threat to the business can be arises in any perspective. In this case, the threats
resulting to cause damages to property through the effects of flooding. In respect of carrying the
renowned brand name, they are affected due to getting higher range of complaint regarding
facing noise pollution (Pogue, 2016). The threat also raises in respect of lack of customer interest
towards such services.
PESTLE ANALYSIS
This is considered to be an effective framework which helps in effectively determining the
various external factors. These factors in turn largely influences the operations of the Bilsborrow motor
sport company (Trávníčková, 2018).

cost. This in turn leads to higher competitive advantage and productivity. Supporting activity
includes firm infrastructure, human resource management, technology development and
procurement. Supporting activities like maintaining infrastructure of the company which in turn
helps in management, planning, financing and legality. This is considered to be an effective tool
for managing human resource management of the Bilsborrow motor sport company. This is very
useful in analysing the performance of the employees and also focuses on giving proper training
in order to attain higher operational goals and objectives (Busachi and et.al., 2016). Another

After setting mission statement, organization take next step where they set vision
statement that is to expand business in all over the world as results increase productivity and
profitability of enterprises. With the help expanding business at global level organization can
build its strong position within motorsport industry for longer time.

Organizational objectives
The short-term objective of Bilsborrow organization is to build effective communication
between its existing team member that help to reduce communication gap effectively and
increase productivity. Medium term objective of company is to earn profit rather than before in
sector and the long-term objective is to expand business without making noise through work that
impact on local residents.
Strategic plan proposal
Location
In order to operate business effectively, Bilsborrow motorsport has to chose the best
place or location where they operate business without any disturbance (Shan and et.al., 2019).
Location is the place where organization established their business and attract consumers
efficiently. It increases the company visibility and influence its ability to market itself. Some of
their sites is located within residential areas, where people make compliance of noise from
workshops and against increasing traffic on roads. By considering this issue facing by
organization earlier, now they chose the place where number of people are less which is quite
beneficial for business and allow them to work effectively. Location is key element of success
and growth of business; it helps to gain attention of customers and attract the new people towards
enjoying rally. They want to maintain and prepare the best race vehicles for people who love
racing. They will select highway as new location for its outlet that help to gain access to car race
truck enter without any difficulty. Organization must consider the future business growth and
then chose place that provide many benefits to them as attract people. When the location is good

in which they face many difficulties while doing job. By addressing this issue, firm can provide

applicants, the growth of company is not possible. Due to lack of focusing in workforce planning
business will face challenges in order to deliver services or products on time which make

consumers effectively. Training is another option for company to build strong workforce, with

Leadership

due to political, economic, social, environmental, legal and other factors. By considering the
opportunities available within market, organization can gain competitive advantages as well as
increase profitability rather than before. To achieve business objectives company, adopt different
types of strategies which is beneficial for overall growth of organization. Furthermore, with the
help of choosing location suitable for firm, providing facilities to its workers and selecting
appropriate leadership company will sustain within market for longer time. By hiring the most

the great quality services or products to its consumers.
