A job interview
This is a situation in which in which a person is going for an interview for seeking a job.
This is a situation in which there is great requirement for focusing on the language and
the words which a candidate is speaking. The interview is a process through which
company analyses and evaluates the person who has come to seek a job. This is
particularly because of the reason that when a person goes for seeking job then they have
to make use of simple and professional language in order to create good impression over
selecting panel of company. during the interview it is very essential for candidate to make
use of professional language. This will create a good impact over the interviewers and will

assist them in making decision in better and effective manner. For both interviewer and
interviewee, it is essential to make use of good and easy language so that it is clearly
understandable by both.
For instance, there are many different types of words which are assistive in grabbing
attention of interviewer. These word will assist candidate in creating a distinct image of
themselves among the company and people selecting the candidate. Further the
conversation must start with greeting the selecting panel and this will create a good and
better image of the candidate among other people. Furthermore, the candidates must
make use of different professional words and other skills like respect, opportunity,
flexibility, leadership and many other different types of skills such that this assist in
attracting interest of panel. This is particularly because of the reason that if the person
will speak these words then this will make a place in mind of selection panel that
candidate is acquainted with these type of words. This in turn reflects that the candidate
is having good and effective knowledge which will assist company in growing and
developing.
In addition to this, it is also a responsibility of interviewer as well that they also make use
of the professional language and tone. This is particularly because of the reason that if
company and its selecting panel will not be using this professional language then this will
create a negative image among the candidates. The reason underlying this fact is that
candidate will think that if interviewers are not making use of good examples and words
then it might be possible that company is not having good employees. Hence, it might be
possible that image of company is not created in proper and effective manner.
Along with this candidate must keep a track of their tone as well in which they are
speaking or answering question. The reason underlying this fact is that tone of a person
reflect their education level and basic manner of the person. Hence, if tone of person is
harsh and rude then it might be possible that person is not much interactive and friendly
with others. On the other side, if tone of person is calm and soft then this might reflect
that the person is friendly with others and not rude. Furthermore, if tone of person will be
good and affluent then this will create a distinct image among the other candidates. This
is particularly because of the reason that when a person will be soft at tone then company
will like to select that candidate as they will deal with business problem in calm and better
manner.
On the other side, if person will be rude then nobody will like to communicate with the
person. In addition to this, if a person is not good at speaking in calm manner then they
cannot work as a team along with large number of people. Furthermore, when the person
will not be good in communicating then other employees will not interact with them and
this will affect the working of the whole company to a great extent. Moreover, if a person
is not good and efficient in speaking then this might increase their complexity of working
in a corporate world. This is particularly because of the reason that when the person is
annoying then other people not like to communicate or interact with that person. Hence,
the selection panel of interview will not select the candidates whose tone of talking is not
good and effective.
In the end it can be stated that for a situation of job interview it is very important for
candidate to make use of appropriate words and language. In addition to this the
complexity of the message must not be difficult. This is pertaining to the fact that if
person makes use of difficult words then it is not necessary that other person understand
it. Hence, along with good tone and easy words it is essential to not use complex message
or words which have double meeting.
Speaking with your parents
This is another example wherein use of language and tone required by a person can be
assessed and evaluated. This is a situation wherein a child is talking with their parents
and why language and word selection is necessary in this situation. When a child
communicates with their parents then it is essential that they make good choice of words.
This is pertaining to the fact that if the child will make use of words which are not simple
or which involves some double meaning then it might be possible that parents might
doubt the child is not in good company. the reason underlying this fact is that when child
will not be using courteous and genuine words then this will affect parents as they will
