Theory states that effectiveness of a leader is contingent upon with how their leadership
styles meets to the different situation.
It is not concerned with having leader except to a specific situation, more than aim is to
match leader’s style with a suitable circumstance.
It is a very special type of approach which states that leader’s success does not depend
on their abilities.
