This project focuses on designing a recreational hall to meet the community's needs for exercise, community building, and fun in a safe environment. The project is based in Kentish city town farm and includes considerations for protection from rain/wind, seating, ventilation, and lightweight structure.

Collage 1 This collage is prepared to portray the community need for recreational hall. A community center offers opportunities to exercise, form a healthy community and have fun in a safe, meaningful environment for children and in some cases for adults. Recreation centers can be set up or charged for their services as non-profit organizations. Recreation center owners and operators often appreciate the many advantages that the centers offer to their societies, and although it may be hard to start a center, it may also be satisfying to those involved in the project. This project is based in Kentish city town farm. Traditionally sharing an activity or event or doing something together was linked to having fun together. The idea is that we've experienced fun ... largely because of that sharing ... the so - called coexistence. In the photo, in the middle is love shaped sign, represents the charity in the city. Hose in background describing the main hall role The site is the existing location of the riding ring. Students will be required to provide a roof, and enclosure for the social/club space. The client will require: -protection from rain / wind
viewing stands/ seating, a roof height that allows enough room for competitive horse jumping the size of the ring will be standard size (eg. see Metric Handbook/ Neubert’s), the club room will require enclosure. The ring surface will be a standard sand/ riding surface. This will need maintenance via a tractor pulling a harrow. Good ventilation is required for summer.
Collage 2 This college describes how materials from the touchdown project have been used in this project to meet the required hall description. This can be accomplished by integrating different construction design types and materials. It all depends entirely on other predisposed factors affecting the final product designed. Instead of solid concrete or masonry wall partitions, the use of expanded polystyrene (EPS) panels will also fine - tune light weight constructions. The use of EPS panels requires shortcut on both sides, which in the long run makes EPS more expensive compared to the walling / partitioning of masonry

Site analysis Railway arches not suitable for construction. The farm is at the edge of several rail lines that intersect. This is a place where' wasted space' is used and where trees grow literally. It has a good community aspect-especially responsible training for local children. Traditionally it was: farmland, industrial land (coopers / brickworks...), railways, and now a farm for the community, The main farm building provides equipment for school visits, pursuits for children and people over the age of 60. Families can learn to cook from our community gardens using fresh ingredients in the farm kitchen. The gardens provide children with opportunity to learn about growing crops and we are hosting local community groups and therapeutic gardening projects.

The super-energy- effective building was built by CEI Architecture and design Planning Interiors and includes a rooftop full of solar and solar thermal heaters for students to test, study and optimize content to their hearts
Structural materials The clients want a design that has light weight. the structure needs to be lightweight, so as to not compromise the railway tunnels. Because of this, the design presented has utilized the light structural materials available. Light-side construction materials come in a variety of functions and complexity, ranging from simple pavers and varied flooring systems to complicated façades. And as with the heavier building components used in many of the same projects, light-side materials suppliers compete against an enlarging pool of competitors with fluctuating levels of growth and demand. As seen from the picture, most of the wall side is covered with mirrors, and light roofing material.

Interior design view The design has installed sits for fun, a overflow part also designed. This will be used for funs who would like to stay out of hall, or away from fun noise. They read the drawings and need to be aware of the establishment of codes and inspection regulations and the universal accessibility standard They read the drawings and need to be aware of the establishment of codes and examination regulations and the universal accessibility standard Natural lighting The roof of the building can be moved. Most part of the design is covered with glass, hence there is enough light

Hall entrance for tractors and horses The client specifies that there’s need for entrance for the horse and tractors in case of any maintenance.
Ventilation The client requires that the room be well ventilated. This is because of the possible high temperatures experienced in summer. Ventilation moves air outside into a building or room and redistributes air inside the building or room. The general purpose of airflow in buildings is to provide healthy breathing air by both diluting and removing pollutants from the building. Climate depends on the type of mechanical ventilation used. In warm and humid climates, for example, subversion may need to be minimized or prevented in order to reduce extracellular condensation (which occurs when warm, moist air from within a building penetrates a wall, roof or floor and meets a cold surface). In these cases, a mechanical ventilation system with positive pressure is often used. In contrast, it is necessary to prevent exfiltration in hot climates to reduce interstitial condensation and use negative pressure ventilation. The ventilation system is often used for a room with locally generated pollutants, such as a bathroom, toilet or kitchen.

Design model A design that satisfy all the listed parameters below is needed •protection from rain / wind •viewing stands/ seating •a roof height that allows enough room for competitive horse jumping •the size of the ring will be standard size (eg. see Metric Handbook/ Neubert’s) •the club room will require enclosure. •the ring surface will be a standard sand/ riding surface. This will need maintenance •via a tractor pulling a harrow •good ventilation is required for summer. •there will need to be access (gate) for horses and also a tractor •consideration is needed for a hoist, to give disabled visitors access to horses. (this will probably be outside, but proposals to be developed) •lighting, both artificial and natural is required •the structure needs to be lightweight, so as to not compromise the railway tunnels •the surrounding environment needs to be considered (sound/ noise/light etc.) •it has to be pleasing to both humans and animals
