INTRODUCTION
Communication is the way to interact with others which can understand by the both
parties. It may be verbal or written which includes the spoken or written. It is one of the most
part in which one can share their words or expression which can easily be understand by the
another one. Business communication refers to the exchanging the information in order to
promote the organisational goal or objectives for increasing the profitability of the organisation
or company. In this discussion, it is going to discussed about the students complaints and about
the measures which will be taken by LearnEnglishUK for getting overcome from this. It will also
be discussed about the organisation communication theories, barrier of communication in given
institute and about the strategy which will help them to overcome form such barriers (Chawinga
and et. al., 2016).
General theories of organisational communications
All the business structure follows the communication theories in their business which are
able to give the information about the culture of that organisation whether it is small or big
organisation. When one is familiar whit the organisational tradition approaches then one is able
to decide that which theory suits form the company or organisation.
Critical theory
This theory refers to the organisation conflict which is natural for any organisation. In
this employees of the company tends to resists the managers along with department competes for
the influence and budgets. Higher management need to motivate the lower management who are
getting regularly losing the motivation. Here, in this stage the communication is very helpful in
resolving such conflicts, encouraging employees to do more and which also prevents the
problems between the groups of people which leads to increasing the reduced performance in
work under the single goal (Hosseini and et. al., 2017).
Information Theory
It concern with the travelling of the information with the fewer mistakes. Generally, the
information when starts to follow from one to another person is getting change from person to
person. When one is able to see the information by understanding the information theory, then
one will be able to manage the massage in the way that there could not any alteration in the
