INTRODUCTION
Communication is the way of sharing and transferring the valuable information which
can be used to form decisions. It is process which helps in sharing data and information is shared
between individuals which involves sender and receivers. In other words, communication cis a
process of sharing information which can be done through verbal and non-verbal communication
methods. Communication can take place through oral or written form and such measures help the
sender and receiver to share and transfer valuable information. Communication is a two-way
process and there are different types of communication process, some of the types involves:
verbal, non-verbal, written, listening and visual communication (He and et.al, 2019). It can be
seen that there are several barriers such as emotional, physical, cultural, perception, linguistic,
psychological and other barriers which can create and influence communication negatively. Such
barriers affect the information and process of information which is shed through sender and
receiver. The process of communication helps in establishing trust, brings clarity and offers right
direction which needs to be accomplished. The literature review will define different types of
communication which helps in transferring information that can bring valuable output.
LITERATURE REVIEW
Communication is a process of sharing all necessary information which can be used
informing decisions. It is a two-way process which involves sender and receiver to transfer the
information from one end to another.
Communication exam relational state or a partner of interconnection which helps in
forming personal relationships. It is a process which helps people constructing and maintaining
relationships (Sillars and Vangelisti, 2018). Some of the basic properties of communication
involves interdependence complexity reflectivity and others. In other words, communication can
be referred as a process itself and developing relationships, such relationships helps in achieving
desired objectives with the help of collaboration of multiple participants and effective
communication. The process of communication can be effectively managed is the sender and
receiver good relation and practical approach in dealing with situations. Such practical mind set
will help both sender and receiver in sharing information effectively and regularly.
