INTRODUCTION
The launching of new applications is an initiative that is taken by the business to provide a
sustained extension as with this working possibility and its credibility is enhanced in favourable
manner (Kampira, 2018). The report below is based on Astra plc that is a pharmaceutical
company in British-Swedish with having a headquartered in Cambridge Biomedical campus in
Cambridge, England. The report below comprise of project planning, project scope, project risk
and project success with this launching of an application become easy and comfort.

Project plan provide adequate knowledge and information as with this possibility to reduce
risk is enhance and furthermore consist of several stages that is as explained below as:
Project initiation: Doctor’s aid app is launched to aid the patient via accessing the doctor and
medicines at the comfort of their home. People who need to consult the doctor need not to step
out and put themselves at the risk of COVID 19. Patients will be able to consult doctor on this
app only and needed medication will reach their home (Michaelis, Aladin and Pollack, 2018).
Project planning: App is using doctors contact info feed in, physician is available according
the problem and after consultation app uses the GPS navigation to deliver medicine at patients
home.
Project execution: Required manpower to supply and deliver medicine. Resources needed
like doctors availability for online consultation, team to track delivery are all things for
execution.
Project monitoring: To track everything is on schedule, medicines must be authentic and the
budget must be set. Plus offers on medicine to compete in market.
Project closure: Once above steps accomplished this indicates closure but record all things
didn’t completed, needs alteration.

Project scope
Doctor’s aid app is launched to help people stay healthy and encourage fitness among
people. Because of the current pandemic it’s not easy to visit nearby physician when consultation
is needed for non COVID patient, visiting gym/park for fitness is a far-off thing. This app solve
both these issues and encourage patient to consult doctor from home for any problem they have
which, then solve by delivering prescribed medicine to their door-step (Calantone, Di Benedetto
and Rubera, 2018). Other objective is to keep people fit at current challenging time as it also
comes with fitness features like calories burner, pulse detector which encourage for exercise and
keep track of physical activities with most latest technologies.This App has all modern way to
help people and keep updating it’s build up with features like sign-in, payment integration,
workout log, nutrient requirement, Geo-location search and filter exercises is estimated with cost
of 16000 to20000 million pound.
When this much is spent company surely use current marketing trends, which is social
media. Social-media target the users who are fitness and health enthusiast and also reach out to
