INTRODUCTION
In today’s world there are many health-related problems to the people which has made the
development of health and fitness app popular. The following project is of Astra PLC that is
diversifying its portfolio by launching a new health and fitness app in the next three years report
will cover a new health fitness app along with its working and potential customers. Further in the
report a project plan, scope, risk and the success regarding the health and fitness app is
discussed.

This application was developed as there was the requirement of application which will helps
the consumers to control their diet and control the calories as this will lead to a healthy living.
Individuals who will use this application would be able to analyse the risks as to how and what
they have to eat and how much they have to maintain their calories to stay fit. To stay fit and
healthy it is essential to involve in the diet nutritional and mineral supplements as this help to
control the body weight. This will be a successful application because it involves all the things
which are required to stay fit including dietary plan, calories count, daily activity training and
many more.
