been maintained. At the same time, the highlight occurred with the incident of bribing that dealt
a blow to the reputation of the organisation. Thus, the Code of Conduct prohibits such actions
and thus, the alignment can be based on the timely completion of the project by receiving
support from the stakeholders so that bribing in the company can be reduced. At the same time,
the reputation of the company needs to be taken into account after the bribing incident.
