it is very important check that the cost which is ascertained for project is feasible or not and time
which allotted to each project is attainable or not. Other elements are also analyzed like
communication between people wile making plans. If people who are making plan will not
communicate with each other properly then allocation of responsibilities will not be proper. All
these elements are very necessarily to be followed by Woolworth company so that there is no
problem in developing plans for project. It can be concluded that company should always try to

From the above plan it can be recommended that:-
1. The cost which is allotted by Woolworth in its projects activities is appropriate and
enough for conducting its activities,
2. The new techniques that are proposed by Woolworth is a good step to attract more
customers and they are successful in this also but still they have to work on it and must be
checked time to time.
3. Risks that are associated with plan should be reviewed earlier only so that activities are
not hampered.
4. Employee relations should be maintained in organisation so that proper communication is
conducted inside organisation and work is divided properly.
5. Proper time is allocated to each activity so that each and every activity is done properly .
6. The scanning tool which is used by company in its retail business should be implemented
in all its stores because it is very profitable for its business will help in its growth.
7. All the decisions that are taken by Woolworth should be taken very carefully because
they act as the base in any company.
8. Performance of employees should also be evaluated time to time so that it will be
analysed that all the work is happening as per the instructions given to them or not.
