In various business organisations there are different kinds of companies which are
mentioned below:
Company: It is mainly the personality in artificial framework which has their own seal.
This is mainly different from the owners and covers their own separate legal entity. All

and private companies used to be handled by private person or individual. It is important

Sole proprietorship: This maintains the business activities which used to be carried by a
single owner and that person will be liable for all the activities carried in the corporation.
It mainly have the personal liabilities where the owner will cover all the assets, debts And
all the important decision that are being needed for the firm. It is mainly being formed
through registration process in HMRC by the name of the person it usually cover basic
normal formalities in order to frame a proper organisation.
Partnership: All the business practises where two or more individuals agree upon
mutually sharing all the interest, capital, profit and loss extend to be a partnership firm. In
