INTRODUCTION
E-learning or electronic learning is the delivery of learning and training by digital resources.
Thus creates it easy for users to learn anytime, anywhere, with few, if any, limitations.
Generally, eLearning is training, learning or education distributed online by a computer or any
other digital advice. The system of e-Learning is supported in formalised teaching but with the
support of electronic assets is acknowledged in or out of the classrooms. The main components
of E-learning are internet and computers (Lau and et. al., 2018). It can also be termed as a
network helped remove of abilities and knowledge and the liberation of education is made to a
large number of recipients at the same of diverse times. In current COVID 19 situation, the use
of e-learning improved. Number of educational institutions has also accepted to the new normal
of e-learning with varying degree of success. The command for e-learning has been developed
and will contently doing so as community begins accepting to social distancing post pandemic.
The written assessment will define about explain about the benefits of e-learning and drawbacks
of el-earning.

In this COVID 19 situation, schools make contribution in term of providing education to
scholars by using e-learning option which plays an effective role in the development. The
description of some e-learning benefits is as under:
Efficiency- E-learning provided a most significant manner to deliver lessons. By making
utilisation of videos, delivering of resources links, serving assessment tests can all be completed
at the click on a button. It is also effective for learners because by making use of e-learning,
students can attend their every class or lecture. Also, it is not only beneficial for scholars but also
teachers because by making use of technology in context of learning they can deliver learning
related material as well as lectures can be evidenced and delivered for orientation with a broad
range of scholars (Hubalovsky, Hubalovska and Musilek, 2019). Along with this, the lecturer can
be taught to a much broad and larger size of scholars and students. Also, it is efficient because it
can also be phrased as a network supported move of abilities and knowledge and the delivery of
education is completed to a large number of learners at the same or diverse times.
