processes along with constraints and various techniques and tools that are applied in the overall
project execution and completion so that beneficial outcome is achieved. The report has also
discussed the work breakdown structure that has been implemented in the organization for
distributing the function among the available resources according to their skills and knowledge.
Techniques such as CPT, logbook, and PERT has also be applied for supporting the process of
project execution. The report has discussed the effectiveness of the undertaken project and
