INTRODUCTION
Project Development is the process which includes the process like planning, organising,
coordinating and controlling the available resources for the purpose of accomplishing any of the
specific goals in limited time period. In context of the file, the chosen organisation is APIC
Project Development & Optimisation Pty Ltd. This is one of the company which involves
themselves in introducing new projects for the purpose of accomplishing the targets. In this
report, organisation is going to conduct work on “Installation of new solar panels for 20KWh
electricity consumption per day”.

It is necessary to understand that whenever any of the project is going to be started, any
of the company is required to conduct proper research so that they can easily analyse whether
company should invest the capital or not. In the same manner, the result of Australian report
shows that solar panel accounts only around 5.2% of total electricity in Australia according to the
report. This report clearly indicates that there is lot of potential in this particular project and even
it can easily allow to earn higher percentage of profit if this project can be introduced. There are
high possibilities for the company to enhance this business because work related to solar panel
cannot be reduced as it uses of electricity is increasing on a daily basis. Every decision making
process must be based on analysis which is being conducted before deciding whether company

take decision to introduce solar panel so that organisational goals can be accomplished. It can be
