Introduction
The project optimization defined as the finding solution from the existing substitute
options with highest possible performance or most cost operative under specified constraints
by increasing the preferred factors also decreasing the undesired one. The methods of this
project optimization delivers most famous methods which can use in the time of stages of
several projects for optimising the features of any project. In the chosen article “Optimization
of Project Scheduling Activities in Dynamic CPM and PERT Networks Using Genetic
Algorithms”, some themes are chosen which are majorly used for the optimization of any
project (CALP and AKCAYOL 2018).
Discussion and Analysis of the chosen article
In the chosen article, there are some main themes available which are very important
for the project optimization (Bruni et al. 2017). In this section, these chose themes and the
roles of these themes for the optimization of project are discussed also analysed.
Chosen themes
The themes which can be identified from the chosen article are as follows:
i) Project Scheduling
ii) Complexity of the optimization.
iii) Resource Optimization.
Role of the chosen themes for project optimization
The selected themes are widely used for the activities of optimization of project
management.
i) Project Scheduling:

The project scheduling in the mechanism for communicating about the tasks that
which tasks require to get completed also which resources of organization will allocate for
completing these tasks in what frame of the time (Kvilinskyi and Kravchenko 2016). The
schedule of any project is the document gathering all work required for delivering this project
on the given timeline. The procedure of the project scheduling contains describing activities
of the project also the estimation of the time and the resources to use for all the activities. It is
the key factor of the success of the project. In this article, it is described that the problems of
the project resource and scheduling problems are attracted for the increasing the attention
after the CPM that is Critical Path Method and the PERT that is Program Evaluation and
Review Technique are produced consecutively. For the project scheduling the optimization
model is formed (Elsayed et al. 2017). In this article it is also confirmed that the project
scheduling of the resource constraints is the hard problem in the operation research also it
becomes later the famous area for new optimization techniques. For this project scheduling of
resource constraint, the algorithm of met heuristic of optimization enhancements predictable
the method of CPM also MSP that is the Microsoft Office Project software to schedule by
optimizing the time of the project.
ii) Complexity of the optimization.
In this article it is discussed that the complexity led to use of the methods via the
techniques of artificial intelligence for instance the Genetic Algorithm (GA). The complexity
of the project prolong duration of the project also results the failure of this project (Leyman
and Vanhoucke 2017). The aggregated complexity is not constantly equivalent to the
summation of the complexity of the selected project for the reason of possible collaborations
or clashes in the middle of the projects that may upsurge or reduction the entire complexity.
The project complexity may rise the risk also mess the plans for the selected projects. So,
considerate the perception of the complexity of the project and also defining the degree of the
