3 Work Package Description
There are four work packages included for the project of Install a new sign board in CQU
campus. These work packages would involve the development of the effective plan for
changing the sign boards of CQU University. The work packages in the project are
design of sign board, printing of sign boards, remove old signature, and implement new
signage. The work package of design of sign board includes the checking changes and
identifying of the changes. The work package of printing of sign boards includes the
finding of the proper theme and collecting vendor information. The work package of
remove old signature includes the collection of old sign boards and marking them as
collected. The work package of implement new signage includes the identification of the
new location and fixing them with whole information. Each of the work package have
formed a subproject of their own.
4 Techniques/Processes/Procedures
The project was developed for integrating the processes and principles of project
management for clearly integrating the operations of the organization and it would form
the integration of the operations for the development of signage boards for CQU
University. The development of project plan would be assisted by the use of the Ms-
Project software that consists of implementing the improved processing of the
organization within the operations of the project development. The information
processing would help in forming the improved system integration. The involvement of
the operations would be dependent on the factors of cost development and analysis of
the budget for ensuring the correct completion of the project. The WBS schedule and
cost benefit analysis would be helpful for critical evaluation of the project operations and
its integration in the development of the new signage for the campus of CQU university.
5 Development Interfaces
