Executive summary
In the following report, there are various changes required for the current case of Lye Construction
project. Due to this, there are impacts on the scope, time, cost and quality of the project with various
techniques used to manage that are to be evaluated. Further, the multiple states for submitting the
request to deal with the changes required for the analysis of the case study are demonstrated. Next,
the scopes to satisfy every demand of changes are investigated along with various risks to the ranges.
Ultimately, in this study the change request form is designed retrieving examples form other

Introduction:
At various situations, the project management problems or situations are complicated and
include different interacting elements. All of these contribute to a common outcome. Here, for
instance, poor planning on any project might come out at the surface to be an issue of planning. On
