INTRODUCTION Project refers to the planned project that is made by individual to present somewhere and it could be in any form. In this report the Astra plc is going to introduced new fitness app in next three month, it is small sized company having its specializing in Vitamin and mineral(Suárez and et.al., 2020). In this report the company is going to make a project plan using GANTT chart and make the proper steps to launch the app effectively. In this report the scope is being made and where its app design and cost of launch and way through which it introduced to social media and app customization and testing of app is discuss. Apart from that risk related to app launch such as delay in app design, compatibility issues and competition with other app has been discussed and at last the success of project is being analysed. MAIN BODY Project plan Project plan refers to goals and objectives that how it is achieves and helps in identifies the resources. In the company Astra Plc, it is specialized in Vitamin and mineral based food supplement will introduced in new app in next three months in the name of “Astra the Fitness app(Slonim, 2018). Gantt chart is used in planning and scheduling whole project and determine the resources to accomplish this task and helpful in managing the dependencies of different task. 1

Apart from this some features will be when costumer need any extra assistance from the app and it will be stated in the app. App customization-In this app all the features and facilities are customized according to the need of users and giving the best experience to them. It is available in many forms and provide them with great choices and will work according to the needs and requirement of user. App testing-It is testing of app and kind of software were it conducted through scripts. Cost overruns-In the launching of app the risk associated with this plan is exceeding the cost than the estimated cost. This is going to impact the effectiveness of launch app as it required to cut down some extra activities and functions and need to execute in limited budget. Delay in app design-This concern with unavailability of design at right time that will occur the problem in launch.
