PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION2 Market Intelligence Analysis of vision consultancy Background Vision consultancy is one of the most reputable organisations that have been able to perform various tasks across large regions thus being able to meet the needs of all the customers within the stipulated time frame (Wang et al . 2016). This project, therefore, aims towards analysing quite several parameters that are concerned with the organisation's market intelligence. Moreover, vision consultancy has been able to perform quite several tasks within the market platform both at the local, national and international levels. This has, therefore, made the top management team for the organisation to be concerned with the implementation of quite several strategies that aims towards scaling up most of the operations that are associated with the organisation. The development of market intelligence analysis needs the application of quite a number of strategies in order to come up with one of the best and positive reliable outcomes (See Appendix A) On the other hand, this is an organization that has been on the forefront to meet most of the targeted future goals in real time by offering quite a number of adequate and reliable services within the market platform. It is an organization that consists of various types of employees known to be operating in multiple departments that are attached to the company, the employees have been ranked into different categories ranging from the highest ranked employees to the very lowest thus bringing some form of formality in relation to how vision consultancy is capable of handling various operations (Iglesias 2016). On the other hand, it is fully managed by a group of senior top management officials who are well versed with their respective duties and can adequately highlight what is required by the entire organisation to scale up most of the operations. Market intelligence analysis is capable of adequately analysing various situations
PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION3 within a given organisation thus leading to the emergence of quite several recommendations that are aimed towards eradicating multiple types of problems (See Appendix B) Market intelligence is a major pillar of this project; it is known to have the capability of performing quite several tasks within a given organisation to come up with the intended outcome (Baptista et al. 2016). It can be therefore described to be a set of relevant information that is fully attached to various markets belonging to a particular company. This information is usually gathered and adequately analysed to come up with a more confident and accurate decision making processes that can be easily understood most so when it comes to the determination of different strategies in various areas like market penetration strategy together with the market opportunity (Carter and Jennings 2014). This project will, therefore, put much focus on different aspects of market intelligence that are attached to vision consultancy thereby including the implementation of various processes that are associated with gathering data that are obtained from the external environment of the entire company. This, therefore, aims towards providing all the decision makers with an adequate and reliable picture of what is going on in a set of various market conditions as far as the performance of the entire organisation is concerned. This indicates how the organisation aims towards carrying out multiple operations within the market platform to obtain various forms of positive outcomes that are set to take the entire organisation to the next level (Jelenković and Barjaktarović 2016). Theories that aims towards underpinning the Analysis Environmental analysis This usually appears to be one of the most adequate and reliable forms of study that is capable of benefiting various areas within an organisation. The environmental review of vision
PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION4 consultancy is known to be having multiple issues that tend to emerge as a result of different performances. The ecological analysis of a given organisation requires the implementation of various theories that are known to have the capability of adequately describing multiple issues (see Appendix C) PESTEL Analysis This is one of the best parameters that are known to have the capability of carrying out a wide range of environmental analysis of a given organisation thus coming up with one of the best results that can be used to adequately predict what is likely to take place in the coming future. Moreover, this theory consists of quite several Marco environmental factors that majorly includes the following; Political factors-These are factors that generally talk about how together with the intensity of a given government to intervene in the surrounding economy (Ansah, Sorooshian and Mustafa 2016). Vision consultancy is therefore capable of encountering quite a several government policies within the market platform together with various aspects of political stability or instability in quite several international markets (Olvera 2016). These political factors are likely to have an impact on the entire organisation in terms of how it conducts its business. Due to this, there is the need for vision consultancy to adequately respond to it's current and the anticipated future legislation and at the same time be ready to sufficiently adjust its marketing policy to higher levels.

PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION5 Economic factors-They usually are known to have a significant impact on how a given organisation performs various business operations together with how profitable that organisation might become (Al Hamed and Alenezi 2016). Economic growth, exchange rates along with inflation will adequately determine how vision consultancy will sufficiently carry out its business in quite several areas to meet the expectations of all the customers within the stipulated time frame. On the other hand, all the possible macro- economic factors will enable the entire organisation to adequately analyse how various customers are capable of spending their income. Social factors-These are factors that are sometimes termed as socio-cultural factors. They usually involve quite several shared beliefs and attitudes that are related to a given set of consumers. Various factors like population growth and age distribution are likely to help vision consultancy to predict the nature of their external environment by having reliable information of what is taking place there. The factors will, therefore, have a direct effect on the organisation most soon how it understands various consumers together with what is capable of driving them. Technological factors- The entire technological landscape is known to be changing daily, this is therefore capable of impacting on the way vision consultancy markets all its services. This is because it entirely affects marketing together with management. At the same time, quite several modern technologies are likely to change the way the entire company will be able to reach out to all its customers irrespective of their places of residence. Legal factors- These factors typically include things like equal opportunities, advertising standards together with health and safety issues (Ogunyomi and Bruning 2016). Vision
PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION6 consultancy, therefore, needs to have a clear understanding of what is legal together with the illegal ones thus creating some reasonable conditions where trading can be carried out consistently (Benjamin et al. 2016). Moreover, if the organisation decides to take most of its operations to the international platform, it is likely to create a tricky situation that cannot be understood since every country is known to have its own set of rules and regulations. PORTER’S FIVE FORCES This theory explains quite several issues that are associated with a given organisation. It is known to include the following; (1)Competition rivalry- This force usually examines how intense the competition is at the current moment within the market platform (Pollack and Algeo 2016). Through this, vision consultancy is therefore capable of adequately determining the nature of competition within its market platform through a comparison of all the existing competitors together with what they are capable of doing (Kabir 2018). Rivalry competition will, therefore, be higher than expected where few businesses are known to be offering a particular service. (2)Bargaining power of various suppliers- This force adequately analyses how much power the supplier of a given business has together with how much control is available about the scaling up of different prices (Toytok 2016). Through this, the organisation will, therefore, be able to assess all the possible suppliers within the market platform adequately. The fewer they will be available, the more power they will be having when it comes to dealing with various aspects of bargaining power (Ismail and Ali 2016). The
PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION7 entire business will, therefore, be in a better position only when there quite several suppliers who are situated in various locations. (3)Bargaining power of all the available customers- Through this force, the organisation will be able to examine the skills attached to all the consumers together officially will their effects as far as pricing and quality are concerned. Most of the consumers usually tend to have power when there aren't a good number of them, but there are various types of sellers within the market. Bargaining power often appears to be low in multiple occasions when various consumers tend to a product or e-service in small amounts, and at the same time, the seller has a different product from any of the existing competitors. (4)The threat on new entrants within the market- Through this force, vision consultancy will be able to consider how easy or difficult it is for various types of competitors to join the entire market place most so the one that is related to the industry that is being examined. The easier it will appear for any given competitor to join the platform, the higher the occurrence of various risks attached to the market share of the entire business being depleted. (5)The threat of different types of substitute products or services- This force adequately analyses how easy it is for any given consumer to shift from the product of a particular business or even service to that of a specific type of competitor known to be existing in the market platform (Judge and Douglas 2016). This will, therefore, give vision consultancy one of the best opportunities to look at the total number of available competitors together with hoe their respective prices, and quality is capable of being compared to the entire condition of the whole business. This is therefore likely to result in a condition that is likely to determine if all the activities being examined are capable of

PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION8 lowering down their costs about various products and services. In most occasions, the threats of substitutes are usually informed by switching of different values which generally include both the immediate and long term together with the inclination to change of a particular buyer. Risk Analysis Quite several risks are known to have the capability of taking place thereby hindering the performance of the entire company (Saputra 2016). Risk analysis can adequately determine what could go wrong at the current situation or even in the coming future. One of the significant things that could potentially take place is the recruitment of the wrong personnel who are not capable of delivering what is expected from them, this tends to put the entire organization at a risk since its good reputation will be tarnished across large groups of individuals thus making it difficult to operate in various regions. On the other hand, the organisation is likely to encounter stiff competition within the market platform thereby giving it a hard time to fully carry out its operation in a more reasonable manner (Sadatrasool, Bozorgi-Amiri and Yousefi-Babadi 2016). This is a risk that has the possibility of taking the entire organisation in the wrong direction making it not to attain most of the desired goals within the stipulated time frame. Stakeholder analysis Various stakeholders are known to be of interest to the entire company due to various reasons. Moreover, the following stakeholder analysis is capable of adequately analysing quite a several stakeholders who might be of interest as far as multiple issues are concerned;
PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION9 Areas of impacts they are interested in Stakeholder group Financial matters (Profits/l osses Environmental issues (Noise and Pollution ) ReputationBusiness performa nce Customersyesyes Employeesyes Top managem ent officials yesyes Residentsyesyes The customers who are among the major stakeholders within the organisation are sufficiently concerned about knowing the reputation of the organisation together with how the entire company is capable of performing various tasks. Moreover, the employees are only interested in knowing about the performance of the business thus giving them an easy time to appropriately determine what is likely to take place in the coming future and how they can implement quite several strategies to scale up most of their operations. The top management officials being one of the major stakeholders within the organisation, they have decided to put much concentration on the financial issues thus giving them a perfect
PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION10 opportunity to appropriately determine the exact percentage of profit and losses made by the organisation within a specific period (Meyer, Tsui and Hinings 2016). They are also interested in knowing more about the performance of the organisation to determine how they are capable of achieving various forms of customer needs within the right time frame without delays being encountered. Finally, the residents being another group of stakeholders, they are likely to put much focus on various aspects of environmental issues, whether the business is capable of affecting the nature of the surrounding environment negatively. At the same time, they are also concerned with knowing the performance of the entire organisation thus being able to come up with various ideologies on how the performance can be attained in real time. Competitor analysis This is usually an essential parameter within any organisation since it is capable of appropriately analysing various situations that an organisation might be experiencing most so the ones that are generally associated with competition (Krasniqi 2014). The following are some of the major components that are known to be forming a competitor analysis; -The current strategy of the competitor- Through this parameter, the vision consultancy will be able to adequately analyse what a given competitor is capable of saying about its policy (Audia, Locke and Smith 2016). To ensure that this is appropriately done, there will be the need to make sure that annual reports obtained from the shareholder are adequately analysed (Rodríguez-Rangel, Sánchez-Rivero and Sánchez-Martín 2016). At the same time, the company will also be able to explain what the competitors are doing that will

PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION11 appear to be much evidence in most of the areas where the cash flow usually are being channelled. -Competitor's objectives- Analyzing the goals of every competitor as far as the company is concerned, will be able to facilitate a much better prediction of quite a number of the competitor's reaction most when it comes to different forms of competitive moves. This will, therefore, help in the evaluation of both direct and indirect way of competition offered by the competitors. -The assumptions of the competitor- All the assumptions that the mangers of various competitors are capable of holding about their firm or even their industry will always help to appropriately determine some of the moves that they are likely to consider in most of their operations both at the current situation or even in the coming future (Banerjee 2016). -Various resources and capabilities attached to a competitor- This appears to be one of the most fundamental steps that are connected to issues dealing with competitor analysis. Through this strategy, more information about the competitors' objectives together with their current policy will always appear to be useful specifically in understanding how the competitor is planning to respond to various aspects of aggressive attack(Vokshi and Dumi 2016). However, the organisation is likely to evaluate that multiple resources and capabilities that are attached to a particular competitor are capable of determining its ability to respond effectively to different situations within the market platform. -The response profile of the competitor- Vision consultancy is capable of compiling quite a several information from an analysis of all the objectives, strategies together with
PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION12 assumptions of a particular competitor thus collecting them in a response kind of profile of all the possible moves that are likely to be made by the identified competitor. It is a profile that generally constitutes of various aspects of potential offensive and defensive moves. An Assessment of the project’s phases together with an evaluation of their effectiveness Planning- This is the first phase that is attached to the implementation of the entire plan. Some of the essential considerations that are likely to be encountered during the planning process of the whole project evaluation majorly include prioritisation of both the long term and short term goals, an adequate identification of all the target audience together with appropriate identification of various methods collecting data (Warsi, Mustafa and Ahmed 2016). On the other hand, the planning phase is known to have quite a several effective outcomes to the entire organisation with the major one being the creation of a more conducive and reliable environment that will appropriately determine how various operations as set to take place in the coming future. Implementation- This is the second phase of the entire project where it usually involves the carrying out of the initially proposed evaluation plan (Al Hassan, Rahim and Shaalan 2016). This phase will enable the project to fully concentrate on the formative together with various aspects of process evaluation strategies. Its effectiveness is that it allows the entire project to adequately turn different proposed ideas into reality thereby bringing on board quite several positive changes. Completion- In as much as the completion phase of the project is done, all the evaluations efforts attached to the entire project will be appropriately designed to determine quite a several
PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION13 long term outcomes together with all the possible impacts and be able to summarise the overall performance of the entire program. This phase is capable of providing new ideas for the whole project on what needs to be done on the next step (Boix and Boluda 2016). Reporting and communication-This tend to be the last phase of the project. It is critical for the project to consider what it intends to communicate about the results and various processes attached to the whole project. It usually allows evaluating some of the audiences that are most important to talk with together with some of the appropriate and reliable methods that can be used in the dissemination of various aspects of information (Miles, Snow and Pfeffer 2016). As far as the effectiveness of this phase is concerned, it is likely to bring on board an efficient communication with various targeted individuals without any difficulty being encountered. Skills developed in solving various aspects of work-based problems Multiple skills were appropriately developed to solve quite several work-based problems. The first skill is research. Having a plan of solving a problem, this skill made it much easier to adequately identify various causes of a given issue thus having an adequate understanding of what it entails (Sheikhtaheri, Sadoughi and Ghazizadeh 2016). It majorly consisted of gathering more information that is known to be related to a particular problem through the implementation of various aspects like brainstorming with individual team members and even carrying out a consultation with multiple experienced personnel. The second skill is the skill of analysis. It is a skill that creates a perfect environment on how a given situation can be adequately analysed about quite several work-based problems.

PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION14 Moreover, the analytical skills are essential since they help in the understanding of various types of problems thus coming up with quite several basic and reliable solutions (Sharma 2016). The third skill that I was able to develop in multiple aspects of work-based problems is the skill of decision making. This usually involves coming up with an appropriate decision on how various issues that are likely to arise can be solved. The decision-making skills can, therefore, contribute to the emergence of quite several strategies that are centred towards solving a particular problem within the organisation thus preventing its future occurrence that might hinder the performance of various operations (Lyon and Maxwell 2011). Additionally, there is the skill of communication that was developed to solve multiple aspects of work-based problems; it gives a perfect opportunity to know how to communicate the entire issue to various parties for them to have an adequate and reliable understanding of what is taking place. Moreover, this is a skill that led to a perfect implementation of various communication channels that were best used to reach out to multiple personalities. Finally, there is the skill of dependability which appears to be one of the most critical skills that were adequately implemented to bring out the intended outcome. It brought on board one of the fairest and reliable situations of solving quite several problems promptly thus coming up with a perfect understanding of what is taking place under various processes. Analysis and evaluation of the actions taken together with the ones that were avoided Quite several actions were taken to come up with one of the best and reliable outcomes so far. One of the first actions that were made was to develop one of the most reliable project
PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION15 plans that were able to offer appropriate and reliable guidance on the exact things that should be done. Moreover, another idea was to provide a proper and safe estimation of various activities and resources that need to be implemented to come up with one of the most satisfactory outcomes. One of the primary reasons as to why this action was taken was to provide a perfect guidance of what is likely to take place in the coming future together with the types of parameters that needs to be implemented in order to attain the expected outcome within the stipulated time frame (Obaji, Senin and Olugu 2016). Additionally, another action that was taken was to involve both the stakeholders of the organisation together with several other customers known to be located in various situations, this majorly aimed towards making them aware of what is taking place within the organisation thereby avoiding any chances of confusion that might be occurring at an early stage. One of the significant actions that were avoided was to carry out an assumption of various parameters that were present both at the internal and external environment of the organisation. The main reason as to why this action was avoided was to eliminate any chances of confusion that were likely to take place. It is therefore clear that all the steps that were taken aimed towards scaling up the whole project to the next level by coming up with some of the appropriate and reliable recommendations under various conditions. Conclusion Project implementation is one of the most essential and reliable aspects of a given project that aims towards bringing on board some of the best positive outcomes. Due to this, the top management officials must clear come on board and be able to address quite several
PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION16 project implementation issues that aim towards taking their respective projects to the next level by coming up with one of the most popular strategies (Olaiya et al. 2016). On the other hand, he is also the need of the management team to work hand in hand with all the employees for them to be able to figure out some of the areas where loopholes might emerge thus being able to implement quite a number of problem-solving skills at an early stage before the problems advances to higher levels that might appear challenging to handle. Moreover, in order to come up with an appropriate and reliable project design and implementation, there is the need to consider quite a number of ethical strategies in most of the operations being carried out thereby creating some form of boundaries on what should always be done together with what should be avoided to ensure that the intended outcome is attained in real time without any delays being encountered at all. Finally, there is also the need to offer adequate and reliable information to all the relevant stakeholders together with the customers who are known to be situated in various locations thus making them aware of what is taking place at the internal and external part of the organisation. Importance of implementing different types of skills The development of various skills appears to be one of the most essential and fundamental issues when it comes to the solving of multiple problems within a given work environment. This is just because these skills are able to evaluate some of the areas where problems might arise thus providing one of the best adequate solutions on how the issue can always be handled in order to bring on board one of the best conducive environments where various operations can be carried out adequately without any condition of interference being encountered.

PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION23 Appendices APPENDIX A: Development of market intelligence analysis The development of market intelligence analysis needs the implementation of quite several strategies to come up with one of the best and positive reliable outcomes. Moreover, this form of analysis requires appropriate cooperation of the top management team of the organisation to be fully involved and participate in quite several processes (Meyer, Tsui and Hinings 2016). It requires all the rules and regulations to be brought on board to have an adequate understanding of some of the areas where there are problems together with how best the issues can be handled. APPENDIX B:Importance of market intelligence analysis Market intelligence analysis is capable of adequately analysing various situations within a given organisation thus leading to the emergence of quite several recommendations that are aimed towards eradicating multiple types of problems (Judge and Douglas 2016). Moreover, market intelligence analysis enables an organisation to critically analyse the situation of its market platform and be able to predict what is likely to occur as a result of various factors. APPENDIX C: Environmental analysis The environmental analysis of a given organization requires the implementation of various theories that are known to have the capability of adequately describing various issues and parameters that are likely to exist within the surrounding environment of a specific
PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION24 organization thus giving that organization a perfect opportunity to analyze how various factors are capable of affecting its performance under different circumstances (Pollack and Algeo 2016).
