Introduction:
Project in controlled environment also called Prince 2 provides a description about the
different techniques of project management. This will be helpful in controlling management,
minimizing risks associated with the project and getting hike in business (Rehacek 2017). CCTA

case is considered one of the main technique and procedures of the Prince2. This term mainly
describes different important facts about the organizations, commitment, justification as well as

involves different kinds of business and people. Often there are many reasons for failing of a
project. This may be due to lack of proper coordination among the members and inefficient
teamwork, miscommunication among the members allocation of unqualified members, improper

successfully helping in getting rid of the issues created by the already mentioned factors. This
technique can thereby be defined as the proper method of managing the projects and helping in

procedure has a pattern of dominating things that control the project, it does not provide a
guarantee of the success of the project. This is mainly important because the success of the
project depends of many factors like team members, budget, quantity of people, skills of people
and many others (Tomayko et al. 2017). It also varies from one business to another.
Discussion:
This technique will provide important information about the organization namely the

the responsibility of helping the manufacturers to sell all their products securely to different
groups of consumers all over the globe (Axinite et al. 2017). In the present situation, the
organization possesses a small team and has the intentions to expand the organization by using

small team. The organization would be following an investment plan where the kinds of the
investment that would be accepted would be like “no extra money would be spent from the
budget in the first eight months’ and similar others. Another one is that “the given website is to
be completed within the first five months”. Moreover, the company decided to be operated from
outside the region of Teesside. For this, the organization gets a total grant value of about 100,000

providing a proper description of the different levels and the procedure to use them
successfully in the forms of deliverables and timescale. It also helps to manage different
resources throughout the entire length of the project. The information of the different
resources and the requirements for those resources are supported in the forms of proper
documentation. Different plans can be used in the technique of prince 2 in each stage, out
of which stage plan is one of them.
 Another important element is control. This step in the technique is mainly based on
taking proper decisions. It plays a very important role in wise project management. It
mainly comprised of an effect loop structure that has three important criteria that need to
be fulfilled – organising, monitoring and conducting proper management. These three
parts form loop structures that helps in successful management of the project at different
levels (Jamali and Ovesi 2016). This includes some activities like providing guarantee on

also comprises of initiation of the project, managing the stage boundaries and staging for the
dominant. It also comprises of managing proper delivery of the projects and proper shutting
down of the section of the project. In the starting section, this technique ensures that it collects
