Introduction and Scenario Description
This scenario is based on the home relocation of Jeff and his family from Sunshine Coast
to Perth. Jeff has to move due to a change in his job and hence, his wife Kelly, their two children
and their pet dog also have to move. As per the given scenario, Jeff lives in a rental property in
Sunshine Coast that he has to vacate on 20th January 2019. On the other hand, the rental at Perth
starts on 27th January. Considering Jeff and his family needs 1 day to travel from Sunshine Coast
to Perth, they still have 6 days on hand in which they have to spend in a hotel as there are no
family homes in Sunshine Coast or Perth. Furthermore, the furniture and other domestic goods of
the family need to be stored in a cargo warehouse from which they can dispatch the same on the
day of relocation.

and also how to incorporate changes within an already existing plan. I have learnt how to use the
scheduling tool to strategically make changes such that they have sufficient durations but do not
have massive impact on the overall schedule of the project. I also encountered challenging
problems in this module and hence, I have been able to develop problem solving skills that will
