Introduction
In the concept of the working and the factor of the indulgence in a project there can be
different scenario which can be faced. Each of the factor which can be seen in the domain of the
working can be stated to be crucial which would be indicating the working which is being done
in the organization.
The report directly focusses on the different conditions which can be faced within the
working of the organization which is divided into three sectors which are good, bad and ugly.
Each of the factor are explained in details so that different situation which are faced within the
working can be judged.
Discussion
Case 1: Good case
Description
Relating to the good case the scenario would be the engagement with the tile company
which is mainly engaged in installing high end project. One of the good factors which can be
stated in the domain is related to the working of the organization and how the task and the sub
task relating to the execution of the project are done (Fuller et al. 2017).
Refection
In any project management case it can be stated that execution of the different working of
the organization relating to a particular project can be a deciding factor onto the categorization of
the working as good case. The main role of indulgence is the estimator of the different project
which are conducted within the organization (Hornstein 2015). According to me the main
advantage sector which can be seen in the domain is the parameters of quality which are included
