INTRODUCTIONProject management is defined as the strategy to integrate project activities with suitabletechniques, skills, knowledge and tools so that project objectives can be achieved with maximumefficiency. The success and failure of any project depends upon the effectiveness of its projectmanagement strategies. These approaches not only focus on project initiation, execution methodsand situations of project closure but also develop strategies for managing teams and expectationsof various stakeholders associated with project (Kerzner and Kerzner, 2017). It helps leaders and managers to achieve the expected project outcomes and profit goals.The behaviour of team members plays a significant role in successful implementation of projectplanning and management. It is important for the organisations to monitor and analyse thebehaviour of project team members so that their undesirable behaviour does not influence theeffectiveness of project outcome (What Successful Project Managers Do, 2015). Theinappropriate behaviour in project management can increase the risk of project failure thus it isvital for the organisations to analyse this perspective as well. The report will analyse the three different project management behaviour and the possibleimpacts and learnings which can evolve through behavioural aspects. It will also provide acritical reflection that how the discussed case issues can be unacceptable or effective from theperspective of project execution. CASE 1: Exemplary project management behaviour Description: During the project management our team leader regularly took feedback from all thestakeholders so that the project strategies can be improved. Though every strategy related toproject is predefined but the ultimate goal of the leader is to enhance the productivity. Duringimplementation phase the team members were also facing difficulties with certain methods ortechnology. When these reviews were received by the leader then the immediate options werediscovered so that problem can be resolved (Martinelli and Milosevic, 2016). However, before directly changing the techniques and methods project leaders held adiscussion sessions with other investors and stakeholders within organisation.
