Introduction
Levi’s is classical brand without any doubt. Levi’s in several ways come in defining
essence of word ‘brand’. In September of 2002, Levi’s was stated as ultimate brand for clothing
and staple to worldwide wardrobe by Esquire magazine. Secret behind enduring success and
magic of Levi’s is the ability in symbolizing both uniqueness and ubiquity simultaneously.
However, despite the continued ubiquity, Levi’s had rocky time recently. Problems of Levis are
numerous. For fully understanding them, it is essential in appreciating the branding strategy of
the company (Yin 2019). However, not every problem is Levi’s making. This could do for
curbing designer jeans’ rise. Levi’s could do for tackling competition was trying and preserving
integrity of the brand. However, brand ran in difficulty also. It was seen in start of new
millennium, Levi’s engaged in battle with supermarket of Tesco.
This paper would provide plan for managing Levi’s success by using IPECC’s five stages
as per PBMOK. The five stages would be used for making project of Levi’s successful.

The method is a flexible highly and projects which exhibit dynamic traits could get
advantages from this process. Aim of Levi’s is constantly adapting abrupt modifications from the
clients’ feedback. Regarding transparency, distinct scopes of the clients is delivered by agile
approach for getting included in project. It extends from prioritizing features to iteration planning
and review sessions for common software build which includes the latest features. This is
developed mainly for development of the software (Verma 2017). Project management of it is
lacking activities such as load balancing and estimation of budget. Levi’s could use this tool for
