Project defines the logical flow of the stages or the processes necessary
for developing a system the service. The degree of the complexity of the
project depends on the requirements of the project. The project life
cycle has five phases starting from the initialization of the project to the
closing of the project (Regan, Love& Smith, 2016). The complex projects
like implementation of Brisbane parallel runway needs the proper
execution of the project maintain certain safety issues and mitigating the
risks involved I the project. Project initiation is the first step of the
project life cycle, where requirement gathering is done. In order to
understand the requirement clearly, certain meetings can be done
between the project team and the stakeholders involved in the process.
The planning phase involves making the and arranging the tasks those
are needed to be done for the compilation of the project. The plans are
executed at the execution phase and routine monitoring on the
execution process is developed in the next phase. The project ends with
the closing of the project.

The justification of the complex projects like making runway in Brisbane
airport depends on various factors. Every project can be justified on the
basis of various factors. The main factor of the justification is the success
of the project. The project should be completed in such a way that it can
serve its purpose in an effective way (Snyder, 2014). Along with serving
the right purpose, it has to be seen that risks involved in the project
management phases has been mitigated and certain safety concerns has
been taken into account. This will develop a sustainable service or the
project that would be beneficial in long run. Developing the complex
projects maintaining the mentioned factors is not an easy process, but
the compilation of these complex processes can be developed with the
logical sequencing of the tasks.
