Introduction In the present report I am going to discuss various elements in detail which includes my ideal job role as well as an effective job description is also prepared in this report. Also for seeking a job different resources are considered by me such as LinkedIn, Indeed and monster which are going to be discussed in the present report. My Ideal Job I have a chose a job role of restaurant manager which is my ideal job. It is very interesting job role for me and I love to work as a restaurant manager.In order to perform the job role of a restaurant manager in an effective manner there are various skills which are required to do the work in an appropriate manner. It has been said that I am the student of first year in a Business management school and I have chosen the job role of a restaurant manager. One of the most essential as well as crucial skill which is required by a restaurant manager is customer service. This is the element which help in attracting large number of customers towards the organisation. It my job to create positive and strong relationship with the customers so that they can remain loyal towards the company for a longer period of time. For this, my communication and listening skill need to be strong so that I can resolve issues and queries of customers within given time frame. Apart from this, another skill which is required by me is leadership skills so thateveryindividualwillbemotivatedinaneffectivemannertoperformtheirwork appropriately. A Job Description for My Ideal Job Being a restaurant manager, an individual person is responsible for performing all the task in an effective manner by doing proper planning before conducting the business functions. It includes different types of skills and capabilities within an individual person so that they can produce positive outcome within given time frame. As per the current scenario, this job description is developed but it has also been said that after 4 years there might be various changes arise within the marketplace which need some high quality skills and capabilities. For this, a job description is going to be developed for a restaurant manager which are as follows: Job description of a restaurant manager:- Searching for a qualified and skilled restaurant manager there must be development of appropriate job description. It is said that individual must be highly skilled and have the

All these platforms are digital which help in searching the job role in an effective manner. This will assist in fulfil the requirements of individual related to their ideal job. Conclusion In this report, an effective job description is developed for a ideal job where the job position is restaurant manager. Apart from this, three different sources for seeking a job are mentioned which are Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster. All these help in searching the best and most suitable company for the candidate.
